"What!? That doesn't sound like the guy my daughter fell in love with."

"No Mom...it doesn't...and that scares the hell out of me. He's closing his heart towards me, and I can't get through to him anymore."

(Meanwhile at Valerie's house.)

"Let me ask you something? Are you still in love with Billie?"

"Well, hell. That's an easy answer. It doesn't matter whether I do or not since it seems like I can't even fart without Billie's permission. Her and her family accused me of cheating on her. Her Dad threatened to have me arrested. So, what fuckin' difference does it make?"

"So why did Claudia kiss your cheek?"

"I don't know. I didn't ask her to."

"Did you tell her it was wrong of her to do that?"

"No... why would I?"

"So, you wanted Claudia to kiss you?"

"Yes. I didn't mind. It was just a friendship kiss. I didn't kiss her or fuck her. I told Billie that."

"You are so full of shit sometimes...you know that?"

"What's that supposed to mean? If I recall, you kissed my cheek."

"You and Claudia fucked too. We didn't. That's the difference."

"So now you're accusing me of cheating? Perfect."

"Okay...let's review, shall we? You had a major shit fit with Billie, when her ex-boyfriend Needle Dick kissed her cheek at that hotel. Yet it's perfectly okay if Claudia kisses your cheek?"

"That's different, damn it! He kissed Billie's cheek first, then she kissed his back so he wouldn't look bad in front of the fans. Besides...they got back together briefly not long after that."

"Okay, Mr. high and mighty. So, what you're saying is...'It was just a friendly peck on my cheek. It's not going to lead to anything more.' But what if it does, David? What if one kiss on the cheek leads to two...or more? Then what?"

(Sighs)"You're a pain in my ass, when you want to be. You know that?"

"That's why we're friends, so I can keep you on the straight and narrow path. Now call Billie and apologize."

"I can't."

"Why?"

"Because I want Claudia as well. I feel...more like myself, when I'm with her."

"What are you talking about? You love Billie. The two of you announced your engagement!"

"I know, I know...but ask yourself this question. I do something wrong, and her father threatens to have me arrested. Where's the punishment for her brother knocking her up?"

"So that's why you and Claudia are hitting it off. You both think the truth should come out?"

"Yes...and because I enjoy our 'shower game' together."

"Shower game? What the hell, David? You can't continue fucking both of them. You need to choose who your heart truly belongs too."

"You mean like Billie chose me?... but oh wait... her brother got a bun baking in Billie's oven, which is how she wanted things in the first place? Yea, that makes me feel good. You think Finneas is gonna like the idea of being called 'Uncle Finneas' by his own kid? Right."

"Does Billie know how you feel about the baby?"

"Yea, which is why we announced our engagement and me being the father... at the time, I believed I was. Now that we know the truth...Claudia thinks the truth should come out, but that would wreck Billie's career."
