~ DANIELLE'S POV ~
"Harry?" I call out. I couldn't be bothered ringing the doorbell, so I came straight in. I saw Louis' car out the front, Harry must have called him as well. The whole car ride here was spent thinking of all the possibilities of what could be in the footage. It must be something important otherwise he wouldn't have called. Especially with such hardness in his voice on the phone. I can't imagine Harry calling me before he does anything though. I mean, when it comes to how overprotective of Caitlin he is, if he found something major out, he probably would have gone and done something about it before calling anyone. Unless, he needs our help? "Louis!" I call again. I follow where we walked yesterday and into the study.
"You're here!" Louis exclaims.
"What is it? What was in the video?" I walk up behind Harry and stand next to Louis.
"I'll play it over." Harry's voice is coarse with a hint of sadness in it. He clicks something and the video plays over. It shows, what I believe is Caitlin, standing outside. She stands there with her arms folded and her head down. She looks so sad, and I just want to give her a hug. I want to hit Harry, but I know I shouldn't. Not now especially. She stands there for five minutes, when a blue ute pulls up in front of Caitlin. She runs over to the car and hops in. You can't see the person who is driving, as they drive off and out of sight. The car looks familiar, I know I've seen it before, I just don't know who's it is. "Do you know whose car it is?"
I stare at the car, trying to spark a memory. I remember sitting in that car, well at least I think so. I remember seeing it at school most mornings.
"Well?"
"I... I do but.."
"Do you know?" He snaps.
"Harry, just let her think. She might not know." Louis tells Harry, trying to get him to understand. Harry sighs deeply and leans forward to place his elbows on his knees, running his hands through his hair. I suddenly remember the number plate on the car I see all the time.
"Go back. To when the car pulls up." The words tumble out of my mouth quickly, all a rush to eagerly find out. Harry sits up and takes it back to just after Caitlin walks outside. The car turns in and I see the number plate, matching the one in my memory. I gasp, my eyes widening. It can't be. No. Surely not.
"What is it?" Louis asks, placing his hand on my shoulder.
"Do you know who's car it is?" Harry questions eagerly, pain slightly evident in his expression.
"I-it's." I know he won't like my answer, and I'm almost frightened to say it, to admit it even to myself. What does it mean though, if it is his car? "It's Tyler's." As soon as the words leave my mouth, Louis' gasps and Harry's eyes widen as his jaw clenches. I can see the fury rising up in his eyes.
"Fuck!" He yells, punching a hole in the wall. I step back in shock. "Caitlin called him! I knew he lied to me!"
"Where would she be? At his house? Or did he help her run away? What does it mean?" Questions are running through my head so I decide to ask out loud.
"Theres only one way to find out." Harry announces, a grave look on his face.
~ CAITLIN'S POV ~
I look down at my shirt, almost completely covered in blood. My legs are aching and I can't move them, not a muscle will budge, even as hard as I try. My face is numb and I feel dried blood on my nose and lip. My nose doesn't usually bleed, but after Tyler's realisation before, blood was rushing out like a waterfall. His fist connected with my nose and lip numerous times, I lost count after a while. I can't see properly out of my left eye and my the back of my head is ringing with pain. I wouldn't be surprised if some of my ribs were broken. Every time I take a breath, pain shoots through my upper body.
