Cordelia's P.O.V.
Why do I feel cramped in my own damn bed?
Yawning and trying to stretch out my body, I feel myself stuck in place and laying in an awkward position. Frowning and attempting to move again, I continue to hit a barrier from all sides, only to stay trapped in place. Blinking my eyes open and peering around my bed, I find what is taking over my bed and has me held in my weird position.
All three of the Targaryen dogs are sleeping with me on my bed as if we're having one big sleepover. Glancing at my bedroom door, I see it wide open when I specifically remember closing it last night before I went to bed. Scrunching my brows together, I wonder if the dogs know how to open the doors in the house and if so, then I'm in a shit situation.
Vhagar is on one side of me, while Sunfyre is on the other side, and both of them are hogging up the bed with their massive bodies. Tessarion is sleeping on the bottom half of my bed with herself spread out like a damn blanket. I'm squished between all of them in the center of the bed with little to no room to move.
"Great." I groan while trying to move them to give me some room. "Just Great."
Sunfyre whimpers before nuzzling his face into my neck as if to shut me up. Vhagar stretches her legs and rests her head on my chest like she doesn't have enough space on the bed for her. Letting out a tired and frustrated breath, I try to get free from the dogs' snuggles, but it's difficult with them laying on top of my blanket.
"Awe... That's so cute." Daeron's voice then fills my room as he walks up to the foot of my bed. "Can I take a picture?"
"Sure, but make it quick." I sigh while glaring at all the dogs and grumbling. "I'm about to kick them all out."
Taking out his phone and angling it so we all fit into his screen, Daeron chuckles while snapping a few pictures. I make an angry face for the camera, then a big smile before pretending to be asleep. Laughing at the pictures on his phone, Daeron blurts out with a proud smile.
"See, I told you. I knew they would warm up to you."
"Yeah... I guess this is better than being trampled on." I groan while trying to shove Sunfyre, but it's like moving a stone wall. Grinning ear to ear at his phone, Daeron comes to one side of the bed and says proudly. "Look. You can barely see yourself."
Showing me the pictures he took on his phone, I bust out laughing from realizing how pathetic I look right now with the dogs. All you can make out in the photo is my head and the dogs make my bed look like a twin size bed. When showing me the picture of me pretending to be asleep, I giggle and point at his phone while saying.
"Now that one is a framer."
"Framer?" Daeron murmurs in a confused voice while stuffing his phone back in his pocket. Sending him a funny look, I explain as if he should know what I mean. "Y-Yeah. You know... Like that one is worthy of putting in a frame and hanging on a wall."
"Oh..."
Daeron mumbles with his brows crossed as if that's the first time he's heard something like that before. Maybe his family isn't big on framing pictures and hanging them up in their home; that would explain the lack of photos in this house. After a moment of thinking hard, he nods giddily while beaming down at me and thinking out loud.
"Yeah. I like it. I like that idea-"
"Oh... No."
Aegon's laughter erupts in the hallway, causing both of us to look over at my doorway. The oldest brother is dying from laughter while holding a cup of coffee. Sunfyre whimpers awkwardly, as if she's embarrassed by her owner and snugs herself more into my neck.
