The day of the beginning of the Chunin Exams was coming pretty soon. Kei only had two more days to get prepared for the Chunin Exams. Kei knew that the exams wouldn't be easy, so she needed to make sure she was ready for them.
She walked downstairs and into the kitchen and saw that Anko wasn't here once again. She spotted a note on the fridge and read it.
Brat,
Sorry I haven't been around for the past few days. I have been busy helping up the Chunin exams coming up since I'm in charge of the second exam. While I'm out, I want you to wash the dishes since I haven't gotten around to doing them myself and also make sure you train and stock up on weapons for the Chunin Exams since there will start soon.

Kei sighed as she finished reading the note. Anko was always treating her like a little kid. She could find it to be quite annoying. She wasn't a little kid who needed to be reminded to train and do chores.
She walked over towards the fridge and grabbed some eggs to make for breakfast this morning. Once the eggs were cooked, she sat down at the table and started eating her eggs.
After breakfast, she went back upstairs and got a shower and dressed before heading back downstairs and putting on her sandals before she walked out of the house.

Kei was through the street of the village, heading for the weapon shop when she heard her name being called.
"Kei!" A voice shouted.
She turned to see Naruto running her way.

"Oh, hello, Naruto," Kei said with a smile.
"What are you doing this morning?" Naruto asked, smiling.
"Just do some shopping."
"Do you have any plans later?" Naruto asked, his cheeks slightly red.
"Well, probably some training later," Kei answered, wondering why Naruto asked that.
"I see," Naruto commented.
"Okay, see you later," Kei said, waving bye as she took off for the weapon shop.

Kei arrived at the weapon shop and brought some more shuriken and kunai.
"Alright, that should do," She said.
Kei was getting ready to go and pay for the weapons she brought until she spotted the most fantastic purple and a black sword hanging on the wall.

"Wow, this sword is amazing," She said, looking at the sword."I always wanted to learn how to use a sword, she sai,d grabbing it.
She then walked toward the counter, where a man with short brown hair was standing next to a cash register.
"Good morning, sir. I would buy these," She said, giving the guy her shuriken, Kunai, and Sword.
"Have you ever used a sword before?" He asked.
"Actually, no, I haven't but always been interested in learning," She replied.
"I see well with the sword it 1000 Ryo," He said.
"Here you go, sir," She said, heading him the money, before sealing away the sword in a scroll and her shuriken and kunai in her holster.
Kei then left to shop to head to the next stop before she headed back home.

Kei walked into the clothing store, deciding to get herself a new outfit for the Chunin Exams.
She walked through the store, looking at the outfits, trying to figure out what she should buy as her new outfit.
She sighed as she struggled to find an outfit she liked. After a couple of minutes, she spotted two outfits she liked.
"Alright, here we go," She said, grabbing the outfit."There are both very nice outfits, so I just buy brought of them and get rid of my old one that got worn out that it doesn't feel right on me anymore," She said as she walked off to pay for her new outfit.
"How can I help you today?" A woman with long blonde hair behind the cash register asked.
"I would like to buy both of these outfits, mama," Kei replied, placing the clothes on the counter.
"Yes, of course, let's see," She said, looking at the prices of both of their outfits."Your total comes up to thirty-five Ryo young one," She said to Kei.
"Okay, here you go," Kei said, opening her purple snake wallet and heading thirty-five Ryo to the woman behind the cash register.
"Alright, here you go," She said, heading the clothes back over to Kei.
"Thank you. I will be back again when I need more clothes," Kei said, taking her clothes and walking out of the shop with her new clothes sealed away as well.
'There, that should be the last of the preparations. I needed it to finish before the Chunin Exams start.' Kei thought as she started to make her way back home to drop her stuff off before she did some more training for the Chunin Exams.
