Hades has finally been rescued, but he is not yet with us because it was decided that he should be taken straight for treatment.

I was with everyone in the meeting room. I also summoned the dark students so they could hear my announcement and be aware of what will happen next, especially since Eagle will surely gnash his teeth in anger knowing that none of his plans against me succeeded.

Kaiser caught my attention when he took the council's rule book and opened it to Article I.

ARTICLE I
THE THIRTEENTH KNIGHT

Section 1. The holder of the Crest shall be recognized as the Thirteenth Knight, who shall occupy the highest authority within the Council.

Section 2. The Thirteenth Knight shall possess the authority to intervene in, review, and, when necessary, direct all matters, transactions, and undertakings of the Council.

Section 3. The pronouncements of the Thirteenth Knight shall have the force and effect of law and shall not be subject to deliberation or voting by the Council. However, the full exercise of the powers to remove, appoint, and halt war shall require the prior disclosure of his identity to the Council, in the interest of transparency and accountability.

Section 4. The Thirteenth Knight shall, at all times, maintain strict neutrality. Notwithstanding the breadth of his authority, he shall be prohibited from entering into, interfering with, or aligning himself with any gang or faction, particularly during times of conflict or war. Any act of partiality, including the provision of aid or support, shall constitute grounds for removal from office, revocation of powers, and forfeiture of all access to the Council's transactions, privileges, and affiliations.

Section 5. Upon the formal revelation of his identity, the Thirteenth Knight shall be vested with the exclusive powers of removal, appointment, and the cessation of war, subject to the following conditions:

(a) Power of Removal - The removal of any member of the Council shall be effected upon a formal written declaration by the Thirteenth Knight.

(b) Power of Appointment - The appointment of any individual to a position shall require a public declaration, duly communicated to all entities and persons affiliated or connected with the Council, and shall be formalized through the issuance and dissemination of an official amendment.

(c) Power to Halt War - The Thirteenth Knight may, at his discretion, declare a temporary cessation of hostilities for a period not exceeding three (3) days. For the permanent termination of the war, a formal submission expressing the intent to cease hostilities must be provided by at least two-thirds (2/3) of all affected individuals, including the leaders of the gangs and the heads of both legal and illegal businesses involved in the conflict.
