LUNA'S P. O. V.

Panotchi summoned me for a reason I couldn't figure out. I hadn't done anything reckless today-well, except sa isang bagay.

Aksidente kong nabasag ang TV niya sa living room. But that wasn't my fault! Saka kaya niya naman sigurong bumili ng marami nun, eh. No way he'd get mad at me for that. No way talaga...

"Grabe talagang likot ko." Hinampas ko agad ang kamay ko nang makita ko siya. "Di ko man lang inisip ang presyo nung TV na 'yon. Sa susunod na makabasag o makasira ulit ako ng gamit, magso-sorry nalang ulit ako." Ngumiti ako.

Sa hindi ko malamang dahilan, nakatulala na naman siya sa akin.

"Bakit mo 'ko pinatawag?"

He moved around his desk and gestured toward the visitor's chair before taking his seat. His expression was calm, but there was an unmistakable seriousness in his face.

Diyos ko po. Seryoso na naman ang matandang panot.

"I have a secret mission for you-one that involves both Stella and Eunice as well."

I sat down, curiosity piqued. "Ano 'yun?" I asked, reaching for his plate of cake and taking a bite without hesitation. He didn't even flinch-sanay na, eh.

"You need to infiltrate their hideout."

Napahinto ako sa pagkain. "The freaks?"

"Yes. We need intel on their hideout-entry and exit points, weak spots. You need to acquire the blueprint of the building or, at the very least, create your own detailed map. On top of that, you need to install cameras in strategic locations inside. We have to monitor their movements and be prepared when the time comes to strike."

I frowned. "Why naman kami?"

"Because you three are faster and more discreet than the boys. Your skill sets are perfect for this. Stella is an exceptional artist-she can sketch the layout accurately and strategize. Eunice has a sharp memory-she won't forget a single detail while being observant."

I scowled and slammed my hand against his desk, making the plate and wine glass rattle. "At ako?"

He chuckled, unfazed. "You're the best fighter."

I clicked my tongue, irritated. "Wow. Kailangan ko pang magtanong?"

His laughter grew. "You already know your strengths-you just wanted to hear me say it."

He was testing my patience. No, he was teasing me! Magkaiba 'yon!

I slammed my hand on the desk again. "Damn right, I did! Gusto ko rin marinig, okay?"

His amusement faded as his expression turned serious. "This mission stays between us. The boys can't know, and especially not your brothers. You know exactly what will happen if they find out."

I scoffed, rolling my eyes. "Magkakagulo."

"Exactly. We don't have time for distractions. Every second counts. But don't worry-you won't be alone. Hades will be your backup. You guys will be safe with him."

I studied him carefully. This was serious-he was entrusting this mission to us. Failure wasn't an option para walang makarating na masamang balita sa mga gunggong...at lalo na sa mga Kuya ko kung hindi paktay talaga.

I took a deep breath. "P'wede ba magrequest?"

"Ano?"

"P'wede bang isali si Kian?" I requested.

He leaned back slightly. Pa-suspense itong panot na 'to, kainis! "I did think about it. You all see him as part of your group, but for this mission, the fewer, the better. However, I've assigned him a task that aligns with yours."
