TWO JADE OF CLOUD RECESS
Jiang Cheng looked at him, still overcome with emotion, and said,
"...Wei, I know! I'll finish the ceremony early and then come back to you, okay?"
Hearing his elder brother's thoughtfulness, Wei nodded and responded with a grateful smile alongside his unpersuasive words.
"Don't worry about me; I promise I'll be fine; just go have some fun today, okay?"
His words still did not alleviate his elder brother's concern, but Jiang Cheng nodded, moved closer to him, and tightly wrapped his arms around his younger brother.
"I'll be back later," he promised, prompting Wei to hug him back tightly and close his eyes, grateful that, despite his life being full of unfairness and injustice, he was still blessed to have such a considerate elder brother in this life.
"Ok, I'll wait," he says.
One hour has passed since their conversation, and Jiang Cheng has completed his preparations for the ceremony with the help of their servant.
Wei looked him up and down, they stood face to face again, and grinned.
"Deym, my brother is very dashing and handsome," he said, eliciting a chuckle from Jiang Cheng that almost sounded like a laugh.
"Of course, just like you," A-cheng replied with a sweet smile as he gave his younger brother one last hug before heading to the ceremony.
When his elder brother vanished from his vision, all the emotions he had been suppressing finally surfaced, leaving him feeling empty and lonely, but he never allowed those feelings to consume him further.
This is only temporary.
He reasoned since his parents had promised him a prosperous and free life when he grew up. He'll just have to wait for it; he'll be fine.
The Yao clan's second prince clenched his fists, closed his eyes, and tilted his head up, inhaling and exhaling.
"It's okay. It's all right, it's all for the best," Wei says, convincing himself as he opens his eyes again, now filled with sparkling positive vibes and a wide smile on his lips.
The servant who had been waiting for him simply stood behind him, staring at the floor, waiting for his command. Wei turned to face them and said.
"You can all go to your other shores, and I'll eat my breakfast later. I'd like to be alone in my garden palace for a while," saying so he then stride away without waiting for them to respond.
People on the other side of the palace are currently busy putting and arranging things inside the YanDung hall. Inside, there are several delicacies that can only be found in the Yao clan.
After everything was settled, four people with low cultivation flew up high and flung the well-designed flag of the Yao clan, which symbolizes the privilege and peace of its land, from the wide ceiling.
Emperor Yao then invited the guests they had been waiting for days to arrive and begin their debut celebrations to commemorate the prosperity of their five-year-old child alongside his wife.
The Emperor and Empress Vie, accompanied by their five enhanced senior disciples, greet the honored guests outside the entrance door. Emperor Yao's childhood friend and sworn brother, Elder Woo Yei Lan, is the first to arrive.
