ENDURANCE

Ignoring all thoughts that raced through his mind, Wei simply surrendered to master Woo's second grandson, slightly relieved that the one who stole his first kiss was a childhood friend and not some stranger. But wait! I will not tolerate such behavior; abducting and harassing me out of nowhere is illegal!

He sighs, then slowly shares his thoughts with the other person who is still enjoying this moment with him.

"How did you remember who I was?"

Lan Zhan, whose eyes had been closed the entire time, opened them again, staring directly at the tall tree behind his important person, and replied.

"When I saw you collapsed on the bed that day, looking pale and cold to touch,"

Hearing his words, memories of him forcefully taking control of his two cores inside him surge through his brain, causing him to feel cold and shiver all over his body, but a realization that came quickly in his mind dragged him away from feeling such sensations further.

'So he was with his brother on that particular day?' Wei laughs in his head.

Is this some kind of novel-based cliché realization romance? Wei scoff and laugh inside his head, feeling ridiculous and unbelievable. So we must make a sacrifice in order for the other person to remember everything he did in the past, how touching and cloy! What a joke, but good on him.

Prince Wei began to lose interest in the subject and refused to discuss it further.

"OK, that's enough; let's go back to the dock," Wei said gently, pulling himself out of the other person's embrace, standing up, and straightening his hanfu.

Wanji stood up as well and looked at him, puzzled by his reaction.

"Aren't you going to ask me more questions?"

The second prince of the Yao clan, who has finished fixing himself up, is now looking at him, face innocent and pretending to be clueless.

"What...? Oh, sorry, I'm intrigued. Yes, very much so. But it's not the right time right now. We must return immediately to avoid misunderstanding," he said, but Lan Zhan maintained the same expression and appeared unsatisfied with his response, which made Wei feel dull dealing with him.

Emperor Fen's second son is a simple man with a broad mind and understanding, but he dislikes being diverted from his daily plans, especially if they involve his clan and family. He needs to concentrate; the matter in front of him can wait, and wasting more time is dangerous. He need to inspect that boat right away.

"You see, Brother Zhan, you take me out here without permission, and my father disciples are still waiting for me to return unharmed. So I suggested that we discuss these issues at the appropriate time, but for now, let's go back. You do realize it's also bad for me to be out here for too long, right?" Emperor Fen second son finished his sentence with a charming smile, while deep down he hoped that the person in front of him would believe his words and let him escape for the day.

Time is cruel and unjust. For the time being, he does not want to deal with the past. He only wants to deal with what is more important right now, which is determining whether or not that boat truly arrived empty, because if the first jade of the cloud clan is lying to him, then...

Wei passes through his side, eager to return.

"Brother Zhan?" He called out, causing the other person to turn around.

Lan Zhan gave him a quick glance before nodding; he wished to spend more time with him, but this person is right. Is truly not the right time, they must return immediately before causing a misunderstanding as a result of his unthinkable actions, if only he ignores those young disciples mumbling words then, no, let's not be injustice right now. It is entirely his fault, not the fault of others.

Thinking so, Lan Zhan then went over to the side of the second prince of the Yao clan and carried him into a bridal style, startling and surprising the other.

"Eh? Brother Zhan, I—"

"Stop addressing me in that manner; you sound far away. I don't like it," Wanji cut Emperor Fen son words short with demand, causing the second prince to laugh slightly and forget what he was about to say.

"All right, then, what does the cloud clan's second jade want?"

Wei asks, unaware that his both hands are now clinging tightly to Master Woo grandson's neck.

They're now staring at each other, six inches apart, with one of them unconsciously looking at the other person's nose and into these plump pink lips.

He'd tasted that lip earlier; it was soft, sweet, and addictive. He wants another taste of it; such a thought caused Wanji to feel dry to his throat and gulp down, calming himself down, while admitting to himself that the person in front of him will truly be his death.

Master Woo's second grandson continued staring at the lips of the person in front of him, forcefully controlling himself from breaking out of his endurance, while the second prince of Yao clan couldn't help but chuckle seeing his eyes filled with burning obsession and hidden lust.

What a good mind you have; I wonder what your wife would think if she saw your eyes glowed with passion for a man.

This piqued Wei's interest, and he couldn't help but smirk as he considered teasing the person who was holding him a little.

He drew his body and face closer to the other person, while using his right hand to make Lan Zhan look straight at him. Their lips are now one inch apart, so close that their warm breaths meet.

"Don't get distracted now, come on. You're making me lonely here, so please tell me what I should call you. Hmm... Should I address you as Lan Zhan? Or... Wanji? Like your wife," he said, voice soft and warm.

His finger sliding into Master Woo's second grandson's face onto the chin, eyes seductively moving into the other person's lip, nose, and to his eyes. Wei is having so much fun teasing him.

"Come now, tell me what you think is best for me, hm?"

The second prince of Yao clan's fingers continued to stroke Lan Zhan's face like a snake, each rub causing the skin to shiver, dangerously making you feel tingly inside, alongside the burning sensation that crawled down all over your body, prompting you to grunt in distress.

The second jade of the cloud clan maintained a straight face despite his difficulty to control himself. He will not yield. Lan Zhan was relieved that he had been practicing endurance for years, or else...

Ignoring everything he felt inside his body, the second jade of the cloud clan continued to endure the temptation that the person in front of him was offering like a stone.

"Prince Wei!" A familiar voice broke the alluring air around them, causing Lan Zhan to exhale a silent sigh of relief inside.

'What a lucky person,' chuckled the second prince of the Yao clan, releasing his grip on the other person's face, satisfied.
