THE TWO SIGNIFICANT
Returning to LanPing Peak. Wei immediately separated himself from his father's disciples and straightened himself up as if nothing had happened."Did you get a good look inside the boat, Jui?" He asks, his face serious and impatient, his gaze fixed on the person who is now standing two meters away from him.
"I apologize for failing to check. This disciple was distracted by my concern for his highness."
His father disciple's response caused him to close his eyes briefly and let out a sharp sigh.
'Well, we can't help it, if that's what happened,' Wei grumbled. He couldn't help but grit his teeth, open his eyes again, and nod.
"I understand," he says.
'It's just... Strange. Why would a boat set sail on its own with no one in command?'
His mind began to consider reasoning for him to doubt the cloud clan once more, his face deeply focused on thinking, until something clicked inside his mind.
"How long did I pass out, Jui?"
"To respond, his highness' words. You've been out of unconscious for five days."
This stunned him and made him feel unbelievable. F-five days? He'd been gone for five days? What about his parents and brother?
"Jui, has there been any correspondence or updates to my parents and brother thus far?"
His face was flushed with nervousness and panic. Something is not right, something is definitely going on, and master Woo's first grandson is truly concealing something from him. He's not going to accept it! He must confront him right away!
Emperor Fen's second son is now worried and unsettled; he didn't like this kind of feeling as it always led him to see or hear the worst and most unacceptable things. He didn't like it; in fact, he despises it.
Jui was about to respond, but he stopped him by saying.
"Never mind, bring me to the location of the first jade of the cloud clan right now. I'd like to see him."
His father's trusted disciples were about to ask permission to touch him, but he approached him on his own, unable to wait.
Jui positioned himself beside their prince, securing his grip, and they left once more.
A warm, but gentle breeze continues to brush against them as they soar through the wind. Wei couldn't help but wander his eyes through the area they had passed through for a while, looking like he was taking mental notes as he tightly clung his left arm into his father disciples.
Until his eyes spotted a cabin formed house built by premium wood, bamboo, and black dark straw roof, with koi ponds and some withered snow flowers.
As a temporary grandmaster of their clan, Xichen was so preoccupied with taking care of their people that he forgot to take proper care of the flower he had planted inside his palace.
Wei turned his gaze away from the snow flower and continued to examine every detail of the palace owned by the first jade of the cloud clan from above.
The design of such a palace was simple, but it was full of comforting sights and a soothing vibe for those who prefer to be at ease all of the time.
They had finally arrived at the target destination. Jui tightened his grip on his waist as they entered the hallway, widening his hearing and being on guard.
The two of them are now walking side by side, heading straight towards the palace's entrance, which is the living room, a type of place that always receives guests.
