𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐁𝐖𝐖𝐌)

I hear a beep come from the intercom my eyes slowly lift open. "hello passengers! We safely landed in London England. I now have to ask you to begin getting your things."

I lift my body looking over at my mom who is scrolling on her phone blasting music in her headphones. I tap her she looks at me "is it time?"

I nod she takes her headphones out I reach for my suitcase and bag. "I can take this" she grabs my bag off my shoulder "thanks" I mumble. We walk to the plane door.

I walked out of the plane first. I look ahead to see a small family holding a big poster board saying 'welcome to London England Ari!' is that for me?

There must be another Ari here. "There are my kiddos" I hear Mary say I turn around to look at her. "Kiddos?" I question. "Yes, Ari those are my kids" I finish walking down the flight of stairs.

She never told me she had kids. I may have rarely reached out, but she never mentioned that she has kids. Not just one. Two! And one looks more grown than me. Is he a kid?

"Hi!" I say awkwardly walking up to the two children I am just now knowing about. "Hey," they all say I turn to my mother. "Oh, yea guys this is Ari as y'all know my first daughter."

She puts her arms on my shoulders "and Ari this is my husband Robert" he waves smiling at me I smile back. "This is his son Adrian but he is your stepbrother and finally your sister Harper."

So he isn't her son but she is my sister. Adrian just looked like a typical white boy. He has an undercut brush up very pale and of course the white shirt jeans and white vans.

Harper on the other hand looks like a little child duh. She is light skin with short curly hair. Looks a lot like Mary my mother.

I look down at Harper who is cheesing really hard "I like your hair" she says pointing at my braids "thank you" I say. "So are you guys ready to go?" we all nod.

We leave out of the airport "how are we getting home?" I ask Mary she scoffs "a car" my brows furrow "but you left your car in Texas" she waves me off "baby that was a rental."

We get to the car which is another expensive car. How much money does this family get? "I got this" Robert say grabbing the suitcase from me and my bag from my mother.

He puts the things into the trunk. We got into the car "Adrian honey if you have any plans today can you please cancel them"  he silently grunts "why?" he asked.

"I need you to take Ari shopping and get her school uniform and other stuff" he looks at me. "Did you even transfer her yet?" right. Did she even do that? "Yes, Adrian" how is she so prepared?

Robert gets into the car "ok family are you ready for the trip home?" he says closing the car door. "Can we stop by Mcdonald's dad?" Harper asks. "Sure we can."

That's it? No do you have Mcdonald's money? They are just living a luxurious family life right now.

We pull up to their house it's a mansion. "Let's go family!" Robert says getting out of the car I eat the rest of the fries before getting out of the car. I grab the suitcase and made my way to the house.

Growing up I always hated big spaces. It just has nothing to do with them so it's just a big dumb space there so I wonder how life is going to be in a mansion.

Mary unlocks the door and opens it I walk inside the house and examine it. It's certainly beautiful and doesn't look spaced out.

"I'll take you to your room bunny" Mary wraps her arm around mines and takes me upstairs. I walk into the large size room "this is mines?" I scoff looking around the room.
