Adrien stood in the middle of the road his eyes glued to the crumpled butterfly. He ran his foot over it, smearing the bug across the concrete.
What just happened?
It didn't feel real.
Not only did he loose Ladybug... but he also lost marrinette... no! He killed marrinette! It was with his power and his hand! In a cruel twist of fate he had murdered the one person he would do anything to protect.
Adrien fell onto his knees and started gasping for air, feeling as if the whole world's oxygen had suddenly turned poisonous.
People began walking out onto the street to observe the scene and a series of whispers of speculation fell over the crowd as people began taking pictures of the model centre crime scene.
Adrien would usually try and come up with a cover story or run away untill he could recharge plagg... but right now he didn't care. The agony of loss consumed every part of him as he replayed the deaths of the two loves of his life.
Two heros he wasnt strong enough save.
