ACT. 4 — SCENE 1.

Third Person's POV

This was the second time that Mokshapuri had amazed the kuruvansh princess. The place was adorned like a newlywed bride. For a second Yashaswani forgot of the incidents that have occurred previously and was enchanted by city's serene beauty. Everyone was greeting the new queen of Dvarika, flowers were being showered on them while some people were chanting the names of Yashaswani-Avyukt. Their eyes glistened with tears at the divine sight Yashaswani and Krishna. They couldn't help but try to recall their past lives, wishing to know of the good deeds they did to be able to get the opportunity of seeing the divine sight of Narayan and Narayani nine times.

Yashaswani looked around, her fingers entangled in her beloved's, she turned towards him a small smile on her face. She couldn't find the words to express herself.

"You don't have to my darling," Krishna softly speak while smiling towards the people who were waving at them.

"How is it that people in Hastinapura are so different from Dvarika's?" she couldn't help but question.

"Because love has always overpowered hatred, dear," Krishna spoke. "People here carry nothing but love for each other on the other hand, people in Hastinapur carry nothing but greed, envy and jealousy, hence making them hate anyone who is better than them," Yashaswani silently stared at him, absorbing his words.

"I wish they understand their mistake before it's too late," she slowly muttered, not realizing that he had heard her.

"Well, they have thirteen years to repent for their actions," Krishna said. Slowly the chariot stopped in front of the palace, Yashaswani and Krishna got off, hand-in-hand, with Subhadra getting off her palanquin. Devaki did their aarti and couldn't help but hug the Youngest-Queen of Dvarika. Yashaswani then proceeded inside the palace, waiting for a pot full of rice to be kept at the entrance but found nothing. Yashaswani peaked a bit to see if anyone was coming with it but found no one.

Ashtabharyas appeared, Satyabhama pounced on Yashaswani, tackling her in a hug. "Say the word Yashi and the Narayani Sena will make them remember of what happens when you insult the Queen of Dvarika,"

"Not now jiji," Yashaswani softly said in the hug. "Just wait for the right time." Yashaswani broke the hug and looked at Satyabhama.

"But--"

"Jiji, my brothers baited me, they've wronged me, if anyone will avenge me, it has to be them," Satyabhama pursed her lips, understanding what she meant.

"By the way," Subhadra interrupted the tensed atmosphere. "Where is the kalash for grih-pravesh?"

"Well the grih-pravesh won't happen," Rukmini said, trying very hard to keep a straight face.
