I take care of my tray follow Clint to the meeting room. We pass the library, entering an area I have been to before. Through a set of steel doors with a large A on them and into a living room type space, up a set of stairs and into a typical office meeting room. Steve Rogers, Dr. Banner, and a handful of others occupy all but two chairs. My bow and quiver rest in the chair in between Steve and the empty chair. I take a seat in the chair leaning my bow against my legs. Clint sits down in the empty chair, "What did I miss?"
"I was informing the team of our decision to begin training Beth as a part of this team, time for introductions everyone. I'm Steve Rogers, also called Captain America. Sam..."
"Sam, I'm the Falcon."
"Wanda, the Scarlet Witch."
"Tony Stark, Iron man, genius, billionaire,.."
"Yes Tony we know." Steve cuts him off, "Natasha..."
"Natasha Romanoff the Black Widow."
"Bruce Branner."
"And.." Steve prompts him.
"Hulk." Dr. Banner mumbles.
"I am Thor Odinson."
"Clint Barton, Hawkeye."
"Oh is it my turn? Um, hi, I'm Bethany Aquae, everyone calls me Beth. I don't really have a name yet so, um, that's it. Actually, I sort of missed the past two years or so, did anything important happen?"
"How, were you frozen or something?" Natasha asks and then coughs, "Capsicle."
"No, I just wasn't here exactly."
"Any explanation for that?"
"Not one I can share without dying in the process."
"So what is that you do Beth?" Wanda asks me.
"Archery, a couple of other tricks."
"Tricks? What sort of tricks?" Tony interrupts. I lift the water out of the water bottles on the table and form a sphere over his head. I release control of the water which soaks Tony.
"Sweet trick." Natasha comments, Sam and Thor are laughing, even Wanda and Dr. Banner are smiling. Steve is trying and failing to hid a grin.
"Aqua-kinesis, I am still working on earth and fire. Air is a bit more complicated..." I trail off, not wanting to brag.
"What do you mean?"
"My heritage means I will get some sort of power or ability featuring each of the element, water, air, fire, and earth. My main talents are in air and water. Air is a bit harder to explain, none of the scholars knew why it developed or how really-"
"Can you show us then?" Steve interrupts.
"Yeah, but we need to be really high up, is there roof access here?"
