I look outside at the familiar gray stone buildings, the gray clad cadets. Yep, I'm at West Point. My guess would be Cap is here to make a speech or something. But that doesn't explain the trunks though, maybe he and Bucky are giving some sort of history lecture. I'm under orders to get the trunk to Natasha, no time to worry about why. I look at the stream of people flowing by, set the trunk down, and grab onto a sleeve at random and pull them out.

"Where's the Black Widow?" I stare up at him trying to seem authoritative. Yeah, not working, for one thing he has no idea who I am, I'm a good foot shorter, and at least two or three years younger. Why did I have to get the tallest person here? Why couldn't it have  have been a petite Plebe, or well you know, someone who recognized me?

I sigh, "I am the Eaglet. You are going to carry this trunk and take me to her."

"Eaglet? How young are you anyhow?"

"Um. That is highly classified information." I scowl, "Now hurry up, we need to go before that other guy releases them. I am on a training assignment/assessment. I need you to carry my trunk so I can use my blow gun if needed. She's probably already coming after me, along with anyone else she pulled into this thing. The men I have tied up in the plane are currently being freed, once they are free they will be coming after me too. Now move."

He finally listens and picks up the trunk, "Okay, right this way then Eaglet."

"Thank you." I grin and follow him into the nearest building, and then into a lecture hall. He places the trunk on the desk in the front of the room. Natasha is lounging in the swivel chair behind the desk.

"Hi. Um, did I pass?"

"Not yet."

"Oh. What now?"

"Now we wait."

"For what? Oh, right." I look around the room for a place to wait. The double doors are about two feet from the adjacent wall so I sit down behind the propped open door and wait. After about a half hour Steve and Bucky finally arrive, the classroom has filled with people. I watched them from behind the safety of my hiding place. Yeah, I'm weird. Normally I would be somewhere really high up, like Clint, but you know, injured wing and all.

I peek around the door, "Hee-eey, there you are, how are you this fine morning?"

Silence. Bucky has a strange grin on his face. Is that good or bad? I really can't tell. I think, is that pride in his face? Geez louise is his face is hard to read. I shouldn't ask in front of a bunch of strangers, which reminds me, "What's the second part?"

"A little history lesson. Which you will be teaching." Natasha grins.

Great.

"I suppose that's why I have Grandmum's trunk."

"That would be correct."

"Any preference on how I do this?"

"You're the teacher."

"This is going to be fun." I grin, "In order to properly understand the story of World War Two we must first examine its causes. Many historians now agree that World War II was more a continuation of World War I, caused in part by the failures of the Treaty of Versailles to resolve the issues which caused the war.  The story of the first world war begins in 1839 with the signing of the Treaty of London, acknowledging Belgium as an independent nation.  The next relevant treaty being the Three Emperors'  League in 1873. Signed by Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Russia. Disputes in the Balkans led to the breaking of the treaty, a trend repeated time and time again..."

Forty-five minutes later I've finished with Alliances as a cause of WWI and am moving on to Nationalism and economics at the start of the war. Some magic is moving on the other side of the wall. I stop my lecture, "What's on the other side of this wall?"
