"Your grandmother is Peggy Carter?" Banner clarifies,"As in Peggy Carter Steve's sweetheart from before he was frozen?"

"Uh huh." Eliza nods, "Grandmum is amazing, taught us to shoot, gave us our first guns, pioneered new frontiers for women, just a general bad ass. Yep, sounds like the same Peggy Carter to me."

"She founded SHIELD." Nat commments neutrally.

"That would explain why Mom works here then. Wonder who else we know who works for SHIELD?" I mutter to myself, "Did Howard Stark work with SHIELD?"

"Co founder actually."

"Hey you don't think Mr. Phil is a SHIELD agent?" Peter grins, "He said he knew Grandmum from work."

"Phil Coulson?" Stark says.

"That's the one." Eliza smiles, "Great man."

"He was indeed a great man." Thor acknowledges quitely.

"Was? What do you mean was?"

"He died a hero's death in the Battle of New York." Nat whispers mournfully.

"He's not dead. He was just came over for dinner a week ago. He is not dead. He was even talking about being promoted recently and ..." Eliza looks puzzled, "Why would you say he's dead?"

"Loki stabbed him with his scepter. A fatal wound."

"Did you actually attend his funeral?"

"No."

"Rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated." A familiar voice says ending all debate. Sure enough, Mr. Phil's face appears on the screen, a video call or whatever they call it these days.

"Mr. Phil! It's been a while." I shout excited to see an old family friend.

"Hey kiddo, how was boarding school?"

"Umm, it was very fey... ha ha, no I uh, didn't go to boarding school. Eliza you tell him." I elbow my cousin. She quickly sums up my story, "...and now we work with the Avengers."

"Agent Coulson," Stark begins, only to be interrupted.

"Actually, it's Director Coulson now."
