Liam POV
“My turn!” Cara said. “Okayyyy ummmm Louis! Truth or dare?”
“Obviously dare!” he said brightly
“Ok I dare you to kiss every girl in the hot tub and say who the best kisser is. Well the single ones. So I guess that leaves, me, Kayls and Bella.” Clearly this had just turned into a big kiss fest.
“Whatever you say!” This was going to be weird. He started with Cara, since she was closest to him. He grabbed her face and gave a quick look to Harry and kissed her on the lips. They kissed for a minute (which was the decided time allotted to each kiss).
“Alright. Thank you very much.” He said, moving down the line to Kayleigh. I was just noticing that I had never seen her kiss anyone before. She had a boyfriend last year, but it didn’t really last long. He put his hands on the hot tub wall behind her and leaned down to touch his lips to hers. Before he kissed her, he asked “You ready?” sensing her nerves, as we all did. She looked so innocent.
“Are you?” she asked cheekily. This took him by surprise and before he could respond, she popped her head up to his height and kissed him on the mouth. After a minute, she shrugged back down into the hot tub and smiled at him.
“Well then. He said, pleasantly surprised. “Who’s next?”
“Bella!” Cara said
“I have to pee” Bella said quickly and jumped out of the hot tub walking swiftly inside.
“I kind of figured, something like that would happen.” He said we all chuckled.
“Okay well I guess you have to choose between me and Kayls then!” Cara exclaimed
“Okay well, no offense Cara but Kayleigh takes the cake on that one! I was not expecting that at all!” Louis said to Kayleigh, who was blushing like mad. “My turn then? Okay. Lucy. What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done?” Lucy started thinking about it and then smiled
“Okay. This is so embarrassing and I have NO clue why I’m telling you guys, well Bella already knows, but anyway… last year I was in school and I was going to the bathroom and wasting time, walking through the halls. I dropped my phone down the stairwell and bent over to pick it up. I reached through the rungs on the stairs and grabbed my phone, I was pulling out-
“That’s what she said” interjected Zayn
“-and only got about half way when I got stuck. I started freaking out and yanking my head through the bars. I texted Bella who was in class to come get me. She came down the stairs and saw me and started laughing her damn head off at the sight of me. We had to get Mr. Hughes (the janitor) to help us and a bunch of other people saw. The worst part was I was wearing a short skirt, so you could probably see my panties and everything! It was horrific!” everyone laughed. A LOT. Lucy laughed too “Yeah. It’s funny now, but it was NOT funny then” she giggled “Alright last one, then we should go. “Liam, truth or dare?”
“Uhhhh truth I guess.” The dares tonight were a bit outrageous for me. Bella came back in the hot tub and plopped back next to Lucy.
“Okay. What’s your favorite thing about your best, best friends?” she asked. Zayn and Kayleigh looked at me, smiling big and waiting for a response.
“Well I love Zayn because he always makes me laugh and no matter what, we always have fun and I don’t know, he just always makes me happy.”
“AWWW! Babes I love you too!” Zayn said in a weird voice that made us all laugh.
“and as for Kayleigh…”
“Cue the dramatic music” Sadie said. Everyone chuckled lightly. She knew how much Kayleigh meant to me and winked. Kayleigh was a really good friend to Sadie too.
“Not to be too dramatic or anything, but I don’t know what I’d do without her” I looked into her eyes. ”My favorite thing about Kayleigh is how she takes care of me. After everything that happened with Jen and stuff and even things from before, she just always knows what to say. I don’t know, it just fixes me.”
“That’s what I love about her too” Cara said wrapping her arms around Kayleigh’s neck and laying her head on her shoulder.
“Me too.” Bella said with a shy smile.
“Does anyone else notice that Kayleigh is the only normal person here? She’s the only one who can fix our problems!” Lucy asked
“I guess that means she’s the odd-one-out, making her the real weird one!” Niall joked
We all chimed in with things we love about each other until Harry’s mom turned the light off in the hot tub; our cue to head out. We all dried off and headed home. The girls in Bella’s car and the boys in Harry’s (he gave us all rides).
