The story revolves around friendship of HASEENA MALIK, KARISHMA SINGH and MAYUR SEHGAL. In the beginning we will see a love bond between Karishma and Mayur but eventually while the story will progress Haseena and Karishma will fall for each other. So let's proceed towards the story.

At City Hospital

Highly specialist doctors and nurses are rushing towards Operation Theatre as a major accident case has reached the hospital just a few minutes ago. A girl has been bought in here.

Police started the investigation and reached the place where the accident has occurred. While searching police find a purse which belongs to the girl who got hit by a truck. The driver surrendered himself.

A phone and an ID card is obtained from the purse. With the help of ID card police got to know the name of the girl - KARISHMA SINGH. Police called the last dialled number from the girl's phone and inform about the accident.

Karishma's situation is very serious. She was in so much pain but was trying very hard to remain conscious. She was waiting for a particular person who is her life and without seeing that person she don't want to die.

Suddenly someone came running in the hospital and was trying to enter the operation theatre but stopped by the doctors and helpers. The person was shouting and begging to meet Karishma.

The moment Karishma saw the person a lone tear escaped her eye and she fainted. Just then a nurse came asking about Karishma's family to get their signature on some papers. The person signed the papers and in the Relation with patient column wrote HUSBAND.

Everyone was praying for Karishma and her husband was standing at the door of the operation theatre.
After almost 5 hours doctors came out and informed that the patient has suffered many fractures and a heavy blow on her head. Her life will be in danger if she would not gain consciousness in next 2 hours.

Everyone was in tears listening about Karishma's condition but her husband was in some other world with dried tear marks on the cheeks was just mumbling one thing that 'Nahi, Meri Karishma ko kuchh nhi ho sakta'.

The person was requesting the doctors to meet Karishma from 1 hour and doctors gave the permission for 20 minutes. The person Thanked the doctors and rushed towards Karishma.

The person sat on a stool holding Karishma's hand. The person requested Karishma, ' Karishma Please uth jaao, Mujhe chhodkar mat jaao, Meri zindagi tumse hai Karishma tumhare bina main bhi nhi reh paunga, Main tumhari sari baatein manunga Karishma bas ek baar uth jaao.' and started crying again.

Karishma got some consciousness and she uttered 'HASEENA' but before the person could even react she fainted again. The person immediately called doctors and went out if the room to pray for her Karishma.
(Yes, The person was HASEENA.)

Doctors came out of the room and inform that may be the patient has gone into the state of coma.
Here Karishma was having flashbacks of her childhood, her parents, her school college, her friends, her marriage and her love.
