Y/n's POV:
As we sat in our favorite of the many coffee shops at the mall, I popped open the packet of the Plan B pill and swallowed it down with my drink.
"What was that?" Asked Wanda, curiously.
"Hay fever medication." I answered, taking another swig of my Iced coffee. It was iced because I was melting in here, and because I hated hot drinks.
"It has nothing to do with the fact that you've cut on your lip?" Prompted Nat.
"Walked into a door."
I did, that's just not why my lip was bleeding...
"And It has nothing to do with the fact that you're wearing a turtleneck?" Wanda chimed in, "In July?" She added
"I'm just cold." I replied.
"Your cold...so naturally you order an iced coffee. Makes sense to me." Wanda looked to Nat for confirmation, and she nodded.
See, this was exactly why I didn't lie to my friends. One of which was a mind reader (Just because she couldn't read my mind, didn't mean that she hadn't figured out how to tell when people were being less than truthful) And the other was practically a human lie detector.
"I'm assuming that's why you asked them to turn the AC up as well?" Nat reminded me.
"Yup." I said, with a blank face.
It was clear that they weren't buying it.
"Fine, I've been trying out a dating app. I snuck someone in and out last night, I don't think I'll do it again." I supplied. They seemed happy with my answer even if they didn't fully trust it. "But that's not what I want to talk about, I wanna know how you're getting along with your powers, you said you were trying to learn some knew stuff?"
"Yeah, well it's pretty tricky..." She explained, taking another sip of her drink. "Nobody else has powers like mine, so I end up just sitting in a training room and hoping for the best, but I think I'm finding some new things."
"What kind?" questioned Nat. "Could we use them on missions?"
Wanda chuckled, "I'm not sure yet, But I think it could all be pretty powerful..." She smiled as she took another bite of her blueberry muffin.
"Oh, Y/n." Nat had clearly just remembered something that she had wanted to tell me, because her outburst (and the volume at which she had said it) had turned a few heads. "I heard about another couple of fighting techniques that I don't think we've used before, do you want to practice them with me when we get back?"
"Sure!" I replied as we made our way out of the shop and started to walk around the other stores.
Wanda had spotted a beautiful lilac slip dress that she had practically forced me to try on so I got her and Nat a dress each to take to the fitting rooms.
"Oh my God." I exclaimed as Nat came out of her fitting room with the perfect black cocktail dress.
"Seriously, you have to buy that." Wanda added.
"If you don't then I'm buying it for you." I said.
"I might not buy it just so you end up paying." She smiled.
"Nah, we're all using Tony's card anyway, right?" I reminded them as we all smiled in agreement.
By five o'clock, we had visited almost every store in the mall, there were bags of clothes, toiletries, and probably fifty books hanging off my arms. I was about to suggest that we head home when Wanda pointed to the lingerie store.
"I want to grab a couple of things, you coming?" She checked.
"Of course." Nat and I replied, both grinning.
As we walked up to the store, I had a plan, so I sent Bucky a message.
Big Dick (in more ways than one)
----------------------------------------hey, asshole
what?
what's your favourite colour?
black.
or maybe red.
why?
don't worry about it
fuck you
---------------------------------
I smirked as I looked down at the messages. This was going to be a lot of fun.
"Who are you buying all of these for?" Asked Nat, pointing to my basket of red and black lace.
"Nobody in particular," I replied. "I just want a couple more options."
She shrugged her shoulders and smiled as Wanda picked up a red set on a hanger as if it was a question.
"Yes." Nat and I replied in unison.

Everybody took their places as we sat down for dinner. I was sitting at one side but at the end and James was in the opposite place to mine, so we were about as far apart as we could get.
I had made sure to get this seat because it meant that nobody was sat on my left side and only Wanda was on my right.
Tony had insisted on everyone dressing up tonight for this dinner (which usually meant that he had asked Pepper if he could throw another big party but she had said no) and the sight of Bucky in a suit was making me feel...hot.
So I decided to do something about it.
You see, after our little shopping trip, I went back to my bedroom and did a photoshoot with my new outfits and I was going have a little bit of fun with them. I selected the first one, It showed me in a black set that didn't leave a lot to the imagination and nicely displayed all the hickies he had left on me last night.
I pressed send.
I watched James carefully as he pulled his phone out his back pocket and squinted at me as he saw my message pop up on the screen, but I could tell when he opened the message because his eyes almost looked like they were popping out of his head.
He scanned the room to check that nobody else could see his phone screen before going back and practically studying the photo.
He shuffled around and adjusted himself in his seat.
This was going to be too easy.
Once the starters had been served, I sent through another photo. This time of a red lacy bra and matching panties. Bucky's lustful eyes darkened.
This was so much fun.
About halfway through the dinner (and after I'd sent him five or six photos) Wanda leaned over to me and whispered in my ear.
"By the way," She began, sounding apprehensive. "Bucky is thinking about you."
"Is he?" I mumbled, trying to hide a smile.
"Yes, but he's thinking about you with a lot less clothes on than you do now." She almost sounded worried, but I reassured her that it was probably nothing before sending James another picture or two.
'Don't stop.' read the message that pinged up on my phone.
'Believe me, I wasn't planning to.' I responded
'You have to fix this later.' He sent.
'Of course, Sargent.' I replied, watching his jaw tic as he readjusted himself in his seat for the three-hundredth time this evening.
