Y/n's POV:

Bowling was going just as shit-ily as expected, Even with the barriers up, I had managed to jump the ball over them and into somebody else's lane. Unsurprisingly, they weren't too happy.

The one good thing coming out of the bowling shoe blisters was that Maria and Nat seemed to be having a lot of fun, they hadn't left each other's side once.

"I think they're gonna bail on us." I whispered to Wands, "But that's okay, they're cute together."

"Very," Wanda grinned as we watched Nat giggle over something Maria had said. And I had never seen Natasha Romanoff giggle over something before, so it must have been something especially funny. Or dirty. Either way, they were about to make a run for it.

"Do you mind if we head off somewhere else?" Nat asked, her arm around Maria's waist.

"Of course not!" Wanda and I replied in unison.

What did we say? Maybe Wanda and I are psychics...

"I'm sorry for stealing her from you," Maria laughed.

"No worries, It means I get Wanda all to myself!" I chuckled.

"I think Vis might have something to say about that, Y/n/n" Nat replied.

"It's fine," Wanda added, "He never needs to know."

We all laughed as Nat and Maria walked out the bowling alley's doors, toward the dark car park.

"Do you want to head over to that new bar?" Wanda suggested.

I jumped at the idea, so we headed off straight away.

It was covered in neon lights but didn't have the largest selection behind the counter so after a few cocktails, we moved on to shots.

"What's up with you and Bucky?" She asked, lifting her fourth shot to her mouth.

"Nothing! Ew!" I answered way too quickly, "Why...?"

"He was the one that realized that the imposter wasn't you." She answered, "He said the habits were all wrong, something about hot drinks and not swearing enough."

Holy shit. I took another two shots to process the information, I didn't realize he paid that much attention to me.

"OH!" She yelled, "Ade remember when he was picturing you half-naked at the dining table? That was kind of creepy, but I think he likes you."

That made me smirk because guess who gave him the photos to picture in the first place?

-------------------

"Hiiii!" I said, pushing open Bucky's door and attempting to walk through it but smashing my shoulder into the doorframe. "Mean door frame," I whispered, glaring at it.

"Y/n/n?" He asked, getting up out of his bed and walking towards me, gently steadying my swaying shoulders with his hands and smelling the alcohol on me. "Okay, you're very drunk right now."

How did he know?

"Nooo, I'm not." I looked up at him, mimicking him by slamming my hands down on his shoulders.

I love his big strong shoulders.

As the thought crossed my mind I burst into laughter and found my head resting on his chest. How did it get there?

"Okay, come in." He smiled at me.

I unconsciously wrapped my arms around his neck, "You're short." I grinned blissfully.

Then he stood up fully and I felt my feet lift a couple of inches off the floor as he held onto my hips and  walked me over to his bed, setting me down gently.

"My face feels weird, Buckaroo." I told him, squishing it and repeatably prodding my cheek with a finger before I felt a large hand wrap around my wrists and stopping me.

"Don't to that," He told me, lowering his face to mine and trying to conceal an emerging smile.

I brought my face closer to his and rubbing my nose against his, smiling as I heard him chuckle in response.

I made him laugh! I made Buckaroo laugh!

As he pulled his face away I saw his smile now spread across his face.

He's smiling, I should kiss him. I want to kiss him, I need to kiss him.

I leaned in but felt a hand stop me, holding onto my chin with his thumb resting over my lips.

Bite it.

"No. No kisses." He told me, my previously dopey smile turning into a frown, his thumb still resting over my pouting lips.

Bite. It.

"I'm not kissing you until I'm sure you've forgiven me and I'm definitely not kissing you while you're this drunk, Y/n/n."

Fuck that.

I bit down on his thumb, grinning at his face as it contorted in short-lived pain before holding it in my mouth and beginning to suck on it, never breaking eye contact. A half-exasperated, half-entertained sigh left his mouth as I worked it in and out of my mouth and twirled my tongue around it.

I knew what he was thinking.

Was I gonna get laid?

He removed his thumb from my mouth and tucked a loose bit of hair behind my ear before kissing my forehead and walking over to his dresser to grab something.

"Bed time." He smirked, chucking a T-shirt over my head.

Sad times, no monster mash tonight.

"I need you to get me changed..." I slurred, my dopey grin returning.

"I think you can handle it, Y/n." He answered, climbing back into his bed. "You need to hurry up if you want cuddles like last night."

I changed into his shirt at lightning speed and dived under the covers even faster.

"Good night, Y/n." He whispered into my ear.

"Good night, Buckaroo." I whispered back, grinning embarrassingly wide.
