this week felt different. not perfect, not intense, but different enough that i noticed it.
i started the week at 56.2kg and ended it at 55.0kg
seeing that change after just one week of actually moving my body felt reassuring. like maybe i don't have to do everything at once for it to work.
workout-wise, this is what the week looked like:
monday i skipped
i was tired and didn't push myself
tuesday i danced for 22 minutes
wednesday 21 minutes of dancing again
thursday i did 10 minutes of strength training
short but challenging.
friday was a rest day
saturday i walked over 10k steps
and on sunday i danced for 40 minutes
it wasn't a strict routine. it wasn't perfect. but it was consistent enough. and it worked. maybe dancing really does help with weight loss 🤔
maybe starting small is better than waiting for the "perfect" plan
diet-wise, i kept things simple. two meals a day with snacks in between. nothing extreme.
friday wasn't great 😬 i kind of binged and felt bad about it at first, but the week still balanced out. i also tried not to drink too much caffeine, which was harder than expected but probably helped more than i realized.
i'm also still thinking about the BTS tour announcement 😭😭😭😭😭
they're coming to my state for the first time
only about 40 minutes away and it still feels unreal. quietly manifesting those tickets ✨✨✨
i know i need to reach my goal body before july. that deadline feels real now, not just something i say to myself. this week made it feel possible, as long as i keep moving and don't stop again.
ending week 3 feeling lighter, more focused, and more hopeful than before.
hopefully this isn't just a one-week-thing and it works out for me 😪
see you next week 🫰
