I started this week at 54.4kg and now I am 53.8kg. So I lost 0.6kg. I'm happy, but this week was really crazy.
In the middle of the week, I saw 52.8kg on the scale. I was shocked. But it was not because I did something special. I was very VERY sick. The worst cold I ever had. I had no energy, I couldn't eat, and I just stayed in bed all day. Maybe it was Covid, I'm not sure.
So the 52.8kg was not "real progress." It was just because I was sick. And that is not healthy weight loss.
Even after I got better, I stayed at 53.8kg. That makes me feel proud because I didn't go back to 54kg.
Also... I can't stop watching IVE "Bang Bang" fancams. I watch them every day 😭 Their bodies look so good. They are real body goals. When I watch them, I feel motivated to work harder.
Goal for next week:
Recover fully. Eat well and not binge. Exercise smart. Stay consistent.
53kg era is coming... slowly but surely. 💫
It's been about 6 weeks since I started, and I've lost 2.4kg in total. That's around 0.4kg per week. I think that's pretty good and healthy progress.
I still have 20 weeks until July, so I have time to reach my goal. But if possible, I would really like to reach my goal weight by May. We'll see. For now, I just want to stay consistent and trust the process.
After this chapter I want to post a new inspo chapter and a new goal list 💜
