Seungcheol and Y/n sat in silence for a while, both of them staring out into the night sky. Their ears perked up when they heard rustling coming from the trees around them. Seungcheol narrowed his eyes as he looked between the trees, barely noticing three figures moving between, only seeing shadows. The figures moved closer and stepped out from behind the trees, revealing that they were people not zombies. They had large rifles at their sides which they took in their hands as they stopped right in front of the warehouse.

Y/n's face paled and her heart sank into her chest.
"who the hell are they?" Seungcheol asked as he watched them carefully. She didn't answer him but instead pulled him down so he lying on his stomach and gestured for him to be quiet. Luckily they hadn't noticed them on the roof.

One of the three males started banging on the warehouse door and the boarded windows.
"Knock Knock! Anyone home!" he yelled as he continued banging his fists against the warehouse. He eventually stopped when the door swung open revealing a very pissed off Soonyoung. Jihoon and Mingyu were standing behind him, Jihoon with a gun in his hand and Mingyu with a blade.
"oh great someone IS home" the man said. Soonyoung instantly recognised them and scowled.
"what the fuck do you want?" he asked, hostility evident in his voice.
"no need to be rude..." one of the other guys said,
"we just want to know if that girl is here". Mingyu and Jihoon furrowed their brows and Soonyoung instantly tensed, knowing why they were here.
"We don't have a girl here so you can leave" he replied, wanting them to leave as soon as possible.

The man scoffed,
"oh really? cause i'm pretty sure when we followed her she came here, y'know...after she shot our friend through the head". Y/n struggled to breathe as she watched what was happening, she had no idea she was followed back to their base or that they were in the hospital with her to begin with.
"Now you can either bring her out here and we can have a nice little chat with her or things can get messy, we know that there's a horde close by and I'm sure you wouldn't want them to make their way over here, right? I'm sure a few gunshots would be enough to attract the lot of them" he said with a grin on his face, pointing his gun towards Soonyoung.

"Stop!" Y/n yelled as she ran down from the stairs to the roof, Seungcheol right behind her, trying to stop her.
"Ah! There she is!" The man shouted enthusiastically.
"Y/n get inside" Jihoon demanded as Mingyu went to reach for her to pull her into the warehouse. She pushed him away,
"No, i'm the reason that they're here" she said and turned towards the three males,
"you're here for me so please don't hurt anyone else" she pleaded.
"Hmm you see...if we wanted to kill you we would have done it at the hospital but because you killed one of our friends I think it's only fair if we kill one of yours so you can watch them die and then we'll kill you, sound fair?" he said, raising his gun to point it at Mingyu. Jihoon instantly pointed his gun at the man in retaliation and Y/n stepped in front of Mingyu.

"Please don't! I'm sorry I didn't mean too, just take me please! leave them alone..." she cried. The man thought for a seconds,
"you know what? I feel like being nice today so i'll let natural selection take it's course and see how you all deal with a horde" he paused and turned around as he heard footsteps behind him coming from the trees.
"oh looks like they're already here..i guess i made too much noise before, my bad" he chuckled as he fired a few gunshots in the air to make the zombies aware of their presence.
"what the fuck?! are you insane?! you've just fucked over yourselves as well!" Mingyu yelled. The males smirked as they looked back at the dozens of zombies running towards them. Seungcheol grabbed Y/n's wrist and pulled her inside, standing by the door yelling at the others to get inside as well. Soonyoung didn't go inside, he was watching as the zombies ran right past the three males as if they weren't there, instead they ran straight towards the warehouse. Seungcheol pulled on Soonyoung's arm harshly and dragged him inside, slamming the door shut.
