Naira entered home blushing to herself thinking about Kartik when she found Rohan working in the living room with his laptop and papers
"Bhai...you are awake at this time?" Asked Naira
"Naira...abhi abhi mumma ko convince karke upar bheja tha ab tu aagayi...thoda kaam hai jaldi Karke so ja tha hoon...tu jaa jaake soja thak gayi hogi" said Rohan still having his eyes on his laptop
"Whatever it is do it in the morning bhai..." said Naira
"Bas 15 minutes mein hojayega uske baad chala jaunga..tum jao jaake sojao"said Rohan
"Then let me wait till then" said Naira and sat near him
"Teek hai bhet jao...iss bahane baat bhi karlenge...jab se DSP Goenka aaye hai tab se madam ki appointment milna mushkil hogaya hai"said Rohan
"Kya bhai aap bhi" said Naira
"Sach hi toh keh raha hoon...since your wedding got fixed you are busy and the time we spend together has reduced" said Rohan
"Matlab aap meri shaadi se kush nahi ho?" Asked Naira
"Nahi...Mein bohot kush hoon...the way he took care of you in the Tirupathi trip just made me very sure of the fact that he is one for you...still I was unsure that how supportive he will be for your profession but today when he called me and said that he is staying back with you till your surgery gets over that doubt of mine also faded off...now Im very sure and happy about this relationship" said Rohan
Naira hadn't heard Rohan talk so openly about Kartik and her relationship with him but now hearing that he was happy made her happy.
"Kartik sach mein bohot hi supportive hai..." said Naira
"You deserve such a supportive partner Naira and not someone like that Dr.Vikrant who ..who....wanted to curb your dreams and lock you up in his kitchen....acha hua hai ki humein uske intentions ke baare mein uss ek meeting mein hi pata chal gaya...warna that damn idiot would have spoiled your life forever...how dare he" Rohan glared in anger clenching his fist
Hearing this Naira flew to the past for a few seconds and her heart fumbled upon those memories which has already been buried deep inside in the dark corner of her mind. Now knowing that person haunted Rohan more than her makes her forget heart's pounds . She held his hand in a firm grip
"Bhai jo hua usko bhool jayiye...ab jo hai uske saath kush hojathe hai" said Naira
"You are right...our present is so beautiful lets not let those bad memories haunt it still I just wish to meet that damn idiot and give a punch on his face...I would have given it that day when he entered our house asking for your hand in marriage and put forward those damn conditions" said Rohan
"Bhai ...chodiye na...that was a bad encounter...aise hazar log ayenge sabko yaad rakh khe pareshan hona humari kushi ko kharab kar dega..." said Naira
"Shaadi fix hogayi isiliye madam achanak se badi hogayi hai" said Rohan
"Bhai...mein shaadi fix hone se pehle hi badi hogayi thi"said Naira
