Next Morning, Laxmi Nivas Palace, Bikaner

All family and friends including the Agarwals were gathered in the dining area for breakfast when Kartik walked there rubbing his eyes after a long sleep. The painkiller that Naira had given him for the tatoo piercing pain to subside had driven off his pain and also gave him a very good sleep.

"Kittu...beta I was about to send someone looking for you, ajao baitho" said Dadi as she saw him walking in

Kartik smiled and nodded , walking to Dadi. On reaching the table his face shrunk as he saw the chairs that were on either side of Naira were occupied by Swarna and Akshara.

"Bhaiya...aayiye" grinned Ansh as he pointed to the chair that was right opposite to Naira

"Uthna comfortable toh nahi par yeh seat bhi kaafi comfortable hoga aapko"grinned Shubham

Smiling sheepishly at this subtle pulling of leg Kartik settled in the seat opposite to Naira. Just then Divya too rushed in

"Sorry everyone, my yoga session got a little prolonged..." she said pulling the chair next to Kartik and settling down

"Humari Divya roz yoga karti hai, infact yoga is the secret of her beauty" said Leela

"Did anyone ask her?" Mumbled Shubham to Ansh

"Its okay Shoebam...she is just an over enthusiastic mom, just dont mind her" sighed Ansh

"How could I not after what she said yesterday? You must have seen how awkward everyone became after that" said Shubham

"Pata hai but we clarified with Tai Maa yesterday na that it was a talk that had happened before years and after the merger broke and we drifted apart none of our family members are still lingering on to that" said Ansh

"I know man but I just don't catch the good vibe with her or her mom" said Shubham

"Tum dono kya bak bak kar rahe ho..khana thandha hojayega khaa lo" said Swarna

Thats when Shubham and Ansh noticed that breakfast had been served and started filling their plates with the yummy parathas. Kaira extended their hands to grab the parathas at the same time , at that made their fingers brush against each other's sendings electric sparks through every cell of their body and thus got lost in an enchanting spell of eyelock. Pooja, Diya and Suhana were quick to notice this and smirked among themselves.

"Hm...hm..(clearing throat) juice anyone?" Asked Suhana thus bringing Kaira to reality,

"Ill get one" Kartik said quickly before anyone else could jump into the act of pulling his leg

"Kittu yeh dekho lassi bhi hai, tumhe lassi bohot pasand haina like your most favourite thing without which you could not spend a day, summer vacations mein toh lassi peene ki competition mein tumhi jeeth the ho...and here is your favourite malai lassi how could you not try it" said Divya extending a glass of lassi to him

"Par mujhe peene ka mann nahi hai Divya, Ill grab a juice"said Kartik as he got up to get his juice glass while Divya tried to make him sip the lassi, and that confusion of actions made the lassi glass slip off Divya's hand making lassi spill on Kartik's torso
