It was early evening , almost 45 minutes from when the cruise had sailed back to Pereybere beach after treating everyone to a grand lunch at the Ile Plate. Kaira had thanked the crew and had got back to their car. Naira was happy but she didn't have the same energy which she had when they had made their way to Pereybere, staying in water for long hours during Suba Diving has sucked out all her energry, so all she could do was to lean on his shoulder and enjoy the cool breeze that blowed as evening started to set in. When Kartik took the second road at the cross junction, something rang in Naira's head, when the headed to Pereybere they had come from the first road but now Kartik was going in the second

"Kartik...I guess you have taken the wrong route by mistake" she said anxiously moving away from his shoulder and facing him

"We are going in the right route dont worry" he said his eyes moving from the road to her confused face

"Par..we ...we didnt come by this route, Im sure" she said

"I am not saying you are wrong my dear, that road will lead us to our resort but this one will take us to our destination" he smiled

"Destination? Konsa Destination?" She asked totally confused on what was going on

"Woh...toh surprise hai Dr sahiba" he said and held her hand

"Surprise" Naira's eyes widened

"Haan...ab yeh mat poochna ki surprise kya hai...woh aapko wahan jaake hi pata chalega..tab tak chill maro..."he said and slightly pulls her making her settle back in her previous position with her head rested on his shoulder

"Aapne yeh kab plan kiya tha? Mujhe bataya tak nahi" She asked

"Kal raat jab mein travel desk pe gaya tha tab hi plan karliya...tumhare liye surprise hai isiliye tuje nahi bataya" he said

The mention of the previous night made her go silent as the memories of the passionate moments they had shared play in Naira's mind. Her cheeks warmed up and she started playing with her nails in shyness.

"Kya hua achanak se chup kyu hogayi" he asked turning the steering wheel as the road cruved alongside a beautiful lagoon

"Kuch..kuch nahi" she said tucking the strand of her hair that was flying against the wind

Thats when Kartik noticed the crimson tint on her cheeks and smiled to himself on realising what must have been in her mind

"Kuch nahi?Sach mein kuch nahi hai?" He asked changing the gear

"Haan.." she said indignantly

"Par aapki gaal pe jo laali hai woh toh kuch aur hi kahani bata raha hai" he said and the redness in her cheeks deepened

"Aisa kuch bhi nahi hai..." she said turning away biting her lip

"Ab yeh toh galat hai...mera haq hai jaan ne ka" he said gripping her hand
