CHAPTER-48

The people in tower felt worried as neither the two couple were waking up neither the younger kid was getting out of her room for three days now.

"I hope they would be okay..."
Lillian mumbled while she had a  worried look on her face.

"What has happened to my lovely family..."

"I know it would be fine miss Lillian..."
Celine said trying to support the worried brunnete.

"I hope so...."
She looked down.

"Even princess Jeannette have not woken up yet"
The brunnete was really crying her eyes out while the silver head continued to try to calm her.

"It would be fine..."
He spoke..though by his tone it seemed like he wasn't even confident at the words he spoke.

The blonde who was laying on the bed slowly opened her eyes to find her in the arms of the ravennete.

"You're awake"
He smiled when he saw the blonde getting up from the bed.

"L-lucas...you're alright..."
Mumbled the blonde with teary eyes.

"Ofcourse. I won't leave you sia"
He put of a bright smile but he suddenly got tackled by a hug by the blonde.

"You won't...I know"
"So please let me stay like this for sometime..."
He could feel her lips curved up in a smile while she talked.

"Hmm...stay as long as you wish.."
The ravenette wrapped his arms around her too as they continued to stay in the same position for awhile.

"I love you..."
The ravenette whispered.

"I love you more..."
She said breaking the hug and giving a peck on his lips.

"I know...."
A smile was on his face while he said that.

The blonde this time really wished to lock him up and clearly not let him go anywhere.

Yeah..she was tired of him going away from her again and again...

"I want to make you completely mine, Lucas"
Her once warm face turned to serious as she held his hand.

The ravenette was confused as to why the blonde was really behaving this strange...

"I'm already yours.."
He spoke with a little strangeness as the blonde's glare seemed like it would dig a hole inside him.

"Mine?."
She spoke.

"Yeah..yours"
He repeated still trying to know why she was behaving that way.

They sat on the bed in an awkward silence for a while before the ravennete tried speaking.

"Let's go out! Others would be worried"
He got out of the bed and looked at Athanasia.

"Hmm..."
The blonde nodded and walked behind him taking his hand and going out of the room.

Lucas opened the the door to find the atmosphere around the tower being gloomy.

"Lilly?"
The blonde called the sniffing brunnete.

Lillian swiftly turned to find the blonde and the ravennete coming out of the room before she stood and ran to embrace the blonde.

"I was really worried for you... please don't dare to do something reckless again"
She spoke holding the cheeks of the blonde as she looked at her.

"Fine lily! Now leave me!!"
She exclaimed as the brunnete left her and took a sigh of relief.

"Where is Scarlet?"
The blonde asked looking around to find everyone except the two kids.

"...."
Silence filled the room as slowly the silver-haired guy  came forward and told them about how the younger locked herself in her room.

The blonde was really worried as she walked infront of the younger's room, while she knocked on her door.

"Scarlet? Are you in there?"
She asked but got nothing in reply.

"Scarlet..."
She called again but this time also got nothing but silence.

But after a while they heard the sound of the door clicking, they expected the ravenette but just got the blonde boy with his eyes puffed up.

"Leo...where is scar?"
Athanasia asked crouching down to the younger's height.

"Scar..."
"She..."
His eyes watered again as he tackled the blonde by a hug and started crying loudly.

"Waahhh!! I'm sorry!!"
"I wasn't able to stop her!!"
"S-she was too stubborn!!"
He cried as the others looked at him with a worried look, except of a certain ravennete there.

"Come on! Stop crying and tell us"
He said,irritation laced I'm his voice as he held the blonde by his collar.

Though his effort got in waste as the blonde started crying even more loudly by fear.

"Lucas! Stop it! You're scaring him"
Athanasia complained before taking the blonde in her arms as he tightly hugged her.

"I-I..."
Leo tried to speak while sniffing.

He had to tell them anyway...

Slowly he explained everything to the others, still sniffing.

Athanasia who was in complete shock fell down on the sofa with Lillian trying to hold her while Lucas stood there with his mouth agapped.

"You..you! Didn't you tried stopping her"
The ravenette shouted as the blonde felt himself shrinking.

"I-I...tried but...she is just too stubborn..."
He mumbled as the ravennete let out a exaggerated sigh and went inside his room shutting it loudly.

"S-she would come back soon...right?"
Athanasia asked trying to hold herself.

It was clearly she was blaming herself...

"Yeah...she promised me...she would.."
The younger patted the olders head as she looked at him in daze.

"Don't worry...you can still meet her soon.."
He smiled even though tears were still rolling down his eyes.

Athanasia looked at him for a while In daze before her lips curved up in a smile.

"Fine...we'll wait for her together..."
She spoke smilling sweetly as the other blonde nodded.

'You have a great friend...'
'Scarlet...'

'Come back soon...'
