A few days after Wednesday told Xavier about the next step of her master plan, she went on another date with Zachary.

This time, instead of going to Jericho, Zachary visited Wednesday at Nevermore after her classes and, she gave him a tour of the school.

"This is the archery range, where archers practice their art of shooting arrows at human beings. A few months ago, I was pierced by one in the chest. I do not recommend it if you intend on having a wound that takes longer to heal," Wednesday commented.

Zachary raised his eyebrows. "Dang, Wednesday. That sounds awful, I'm sorry. Who shot you?"

"Do not apologize, Zachary. I was defending a friend." Wednesday merely responded.

That made the normie chuckle. "You talk about it as if this is everyday life."

"It is not far from it," The outcast agreed.

The boy rolled his eyes with a grin. "I dunno about that. But seriously, who shot you?"

"No one shot me, Zachary. Stop asking irrelevant and pestering questions," said Wednesday.

About ten minutes later, they made it to the bee hives.

"This is the Hummers Club. Eugene is the leader," Wednesday announced.

Zachary smiled. "Awe, you take care of bees. That's cute, Wens. I never took you for a nature lover."

The outcast glared at the normie. "Do not call me cute again."

"Of course, Wens, I'm sorry," The normie replied.

"My name is Wednesday," The outcast reminded.

Zachary squeezed Wednesday's hand. "Yeah, but it's Wens for short."

"Oh, hey, Wednesday, I was looking for you..." A voice called from behind the two "lovers".

They turned around to find a familiar face.

Thank god, Xavier. You have saved me from this bottomless pit of annoying normie affirmations Wednesday thought to herself.

Zachary glared at Xavier. "What brings you here, Thorpe? Need my girlfriend for some reason?"

The artist was taken aback. "Oh, wow, I didn't know you guys were official."

"We're not," Wednesday responded immediately.

"Maybe, but we will be soon enough," Zachary disagreed, slinging his arm around Wednesday's shoulder.

Wednesday slung it back towards him, stepping away. "Xavier, what do you need me for?"

Xavier shrugged, looking down at the ground. "You seem... busy right now. I'll talk to you later."

He then looked over at Zachary and nodded. "Sorry for interrupting."

"No, you can stay. Talk to her about what you were going to before. I'm interested," Zachary chided back.

Xavier shook his head. "No, it's okay. I should probably be going anyways. I have plans with Ajax. Later, Zachary. Later, Wednesday."

Before he could leave, Wednesday interrupted. "Xavier, you should stay. You can help give Zachary a Nevermore tour. I believe I have already scared the blood out of him."

Xavier smiled a little, but then stopped when he remembered Zachary was still there. "Nice of you to offer, but I'm good. I'll talk to you later," He said as fast as he could before jogging off.

"That guy is messed up," Zachary muttered.

Wednesday stared up at him. "Everyone is a little twisted. How do you believe Xavier is messed up?"
