The small plastic tube rolled on its side, cooling the palm it sat atop of as it nestled itself against skin. The contents held inside of it were pink, shiny with glitter. The sun beamed its light against the small object, making it look prettier than usual.

Robin held the tube of lipgloss close to his face, inspecting it with a smile. He had just bought it, grinning to himself despite the frowns that followed him outside the makeup store. The glitter tucked into the pink substance shined against his eyes as he pulled the small stick away from the plastic tube.

Finney would absolutely adore this.

It was girly, yes and it was obnoxious. The toughest boy in the school with a tube of glittery lipgloss to pester his boyfriend with? It was silly.

"Did you get what you needed?" Asked Robin's mother. - She noticed the tinted color on his lips and smiled to herself. She loved her son's expression more than anything. Taking him to places like the makeup store was no issue to her. She was a loving mom in any way she could be.

Robin nodded. "Sí, Mama." He replied as he slid the packaging beside him and pulled the seatbelt over himself. He couldn't wait to give this to Finney. It almost killed him to not have his presence now.

Robin grinned to himself as the car rolled out of the space it was parked in. He tucked the glittery tube of lipgloss into his pocket, giddy with excitement as he thought of his boyfriend.

It was ten minutes later that Robin stood outside Finney's home, a blush striking against his skin as he rapped his knuckles softly against the door in front of him. He knew that Terrance wasn't going to be home today, meaning that he was free to relax with Finney for the remainder of the night.

The item nestled into the pocket of his pants seemed to make his heart beat quicker, his feet bouncing up and down as the door knob pressed nearly into his stomach twisted and swung open the door it was connected to.

Robin smiled big at Finney as the boy stood before him, gasping when his arm was tugged and he was dragged inside.

Finney stuck his tongue out at Robin when the door was shut. "What's this about? Is Matty finally on your tail?" Finney teased. Robin flicked his shoulder. "Fucking ouch." Finney replied. Punching his shoulder back.

"I have something for you." Robin replied. Ignoring the previous comment by his boyfriend. "I don't know if you'll like it. It feels kinda weird." Robin's mouth creased in a smile.

Finney grabbed Robin's bandana off his head, placing it on his own.

"'Kayy....?" Finney asked, intrigued.

Robin grabbed Finney by the hand, leading the way to the boy's bedroom. Finney followed happily behind, a smile aligning itself on his mouth.

Robin closed the door behind the both of them, leaning against it as he dug his hand into his pocket. Finney adjusted the bandanna atop his head, giggling.

"Bought this today. I was thinking, maybe you could help me put it on?" Robin's face matched the color of the tube he held gently, his smile widening as Finney grabbed it quickly. The freckled boy rocked on his heels, his eyes drifting between his boyfriend and the tube grasped in his palms.

"Okay, don't move."

Robin complied as Finney grabbed his jaw to hold him still, applying the heavy gloss to his very scarred lips.

Robin closed his eyes, a smile held heavy on his lips as Finney carefully applied the gloss on.

"It's pretty." Finney would compliment as he finished up his final touches with the gloss wand before letting go of Robin and putting it back in the tube.

"You're gonna get the stopper all gross" Robin said as he took the lipgloss. Finney laughed. His head dipped to look at robin stuff it back into his pocket.

"So gorgeous." Finney said.

Robin looked up at him, eyes crinkled with happiness. He tilted his head ever so slightly, his body lurching upwards.

Finney smiled as Robin's lips slotted against his, a strawberry flavor melting against his mouth slowly. Robin adjusted himself as Finney's hands wrapped against his torso, bringing him closer.

"You're beautiful Finn." Robin ran a hand through Finney's hair as they disconnected, blushing at the hands that kept him steady. Finney looked at him, his lips curled into a smile. Robin could see bits of the lipgloss he wore smeared against his boyfriend's lips and near his jawline, making him laugh.

"What are you laughing at?" Finney raised an eyebrow, tilting his head. Robin swallowed the rest of his laughter, shaking his head with a smile.

"Definitely my best purchase."
