Yet Cold didn't seem impressed with his determination. Instead, she decided it was her turn to laugh in Wakiya's face. But not the incredulous laugh he'd taken part in. No. She laughed coldly (appropriate). Again, that image of a tiger planning out a hunt came to Wakiya. "Oh my word, you're so much like Mind," Cold chuckled, almost fondly. But also like a devil. "You ignore what makes any sense all because I want to 'hurt' one of your friends. Idiots," the icy woman snarled.

Then, slowly, as if to make a point, Cold shrugged off her cloak. And then Wakiya got scared again. Wyvern was right. She wasn't human. Twinkling, shining, gleaming. Apparently that cloak hadn't been hiding a weapon. It had been hiding butterfly wings and snowy skin. And eyes. Black eyes. This-this wasn't. What on Earth? Wakiya stumbled slightly backwards, knocking into his chair.

A smile. A smile. It came across Cold's face, twisting and turning. This fear. This fear Wakiya felt, she enjoyed it. She loved it. I might die, he realized. For a moment that felt like a crazy leap to jump to. This girl wouldn't actually kill anyone over a bey battle, of all things. Besides, she hadn't actually done anything threatening to Wakiya, unless a menacing smile counted. But then the purple clad blader looked up, into her eyes again.

A feeble shout built up in Waikya's mouth. "HELP!" He shouted, as loud as he could. Which wasn't very loud. Still though, there were people just outside the walls of his office. They should be able to hear him. But Cold didn't seem concerned. Instead, she just watched on, amused.

Even as Wakiya tried to call out he started running. A stumbling, fumbling, fear induced run. But a run. He tripped over his own feet as he desperately tried to reach the oak door. Couldn't someone see in? There were windows all over the back wall. Then he remembered. No. He always had the curtains closed. Because having an office on the 14th floor and a fear of heights don't mix well.

"No one can hear you, Wakiya," Rashad said in a voice that was almost proud. "Everyone on the floor I either knocked out or gassed out. They'll all live. But you're the only one up here with us." Well. This seemed like a good time for some non PG words. Please look away. awdsdfhuiweiarfgausdugfiaushdhfiyasdhfsduiyugiusdtyfuagsduiyfu With that out of the way, Wakiya went back to running for the door. Obviously, that didn't work.

Before Wakiya had even made it past his desk, he was literally frozen in place. Not terribly, just up to his ankles. But more than enough to stop him in his tracks. So now he was trapped, trembling, his heart beating faster and breathing ragged. He could hear footsteps behind him. Cold, leisurely coming up to him.

But when she turned in front of him, Wakiya was staring into black eyes. All black eyes. Cold had lowered her hood, revealing, well, something. She had skin that sparkled in the artificial light, and antenna on her head. Well, it would appear Wyvern had been right. She was not, in fact, human. Swallowing hard, the WBBA's leader's mind went a mile a minute. But he still wasn't sure what he could do. Desperately, he tried to kick at the ice. But his feet wouldn't move.

There was a monstrous smirk on Cold's face. Really. That was the only word for it. Monstrous and creepy, she was enjoying this. Lunging out like an angler fish, she grabbed Wakiya's shirt. As ice grew across his chest, the stuff around his feet shattered. Which was not very helpful at this point. There was nothing he could do but walk backwards. Walk as Cold marched him towards the window.

It was getting harder and harder for Wakiya to keep his erratic breath coming. It was like his brain just wanted to shut down. Which, again, would have been very unhelpful. "What were you saying?" Cold asked quietly and dangerously. Wakiya could feel his back up against the cold glass. It was nearly frozen so high up. Something that was only helped along with Cold in the room.
