Y/N had been out on a supply run with a group from the prison when they were suddenly ambushed by a horde of walkers and she lost them. She fought hard, but she couldn't avoid getting covered in walker blood.

She had to get back to the prison, but she knew that the group would be alarmed by her appearance. She tried to wipe off as much of the blood as she could, but it was no use. She was still covered in it.

She could hear the groans of the walkers behind her, and she knew that she was in trouble. She had to think fast. She spotted a nearby building and ran towards it, hoping to find someplace to hide.

The building was empty, but it gave her some cover. She could hear the walkers outside, pounding on the walls and windows. She tried to catch her breath and think of a way out.

That's when she spotted a fire escape. It was rusty and old, but it was her only chance. She climbed up as fast as she could, trying to ignore the groans of the walkers below her.

She made it to the roof and looked around. She could see the prison in the distance, and she knew that she had to get back there. She spotted a nearby ladder and climbed down, landing in an alleyway.

She ran as fast as she could, trying to avoid the walkers that were now everywhere. She could feel their breath on her neck, but she refused to give up.

Finally, she reached the prison gates. She pounded on them, hoping that someone would hear her. When she walked through the gates, Daryl was the first to notice her. He was immediately concerned and rushed over to check on her, pushing Rick out of the way to check her over for injuries.

"What the hell happened out there?" he asked.

"We got separated," Lotus said, panting. "I had to kill a bunch of walkers to get back here."

"Are you okay?" he asked, looking her over for any injuries.

"I'm fine," Y/N said, trying to sound confident. "I just got covered in walker blood."

He led her to the showers and told her to wash off as much of the blood as she could. He stood outside, keeping watch for any walkers that might be drawn to the smell.

As Y/N washed herself clean, she couldn't help but feel grateful for Daryl's concern. He was always looking out for her, and she knew that she could trust him.

When she emerged from the showers, clean and safe, Daryl was waiting for her. He gave her a small smile and a nod of approval.

"You did good out there," he said. "But be careful next time. We don't want to lose you."

Y/N nodded, feeling a sense of belonging and safety in this new world. She knew that she was lucky to have Daryl and the other survivors by her side. And she knew that she would do whatever it takes to survive.
