Is it love? [Regulus x Reader]

Chapter 14

(This will be changed to 3rd person for the rest of the chapters and they will probably be a bit shorter)

Y/N sat down in the great hall with James, Sirius, Remus and Peter as the feast started.

"What do you think will happen this year?" James asked

"Isn't it our last year?" Y/N asked, "Let's leave with style."

"So what's the plan then Vix?" Sirius leaned on Y/N's shoulder, "I know I wanna prank Snivellius."

They pushed him off and smiled.

"Fireworks on the day of the N.E.W.T exam. Once we've completed our test and we're sent out we set off fireworks in the Great Hall." Y/N smirked

Everyone agreed that it would be a good idea.

"James and Sirius, you two are on fireworks. Peter and Remus, you both are sorting out where to put them and how to hide them." They decided

"What about you?" Peter asked them

"I'll make sure no one finds out." Y/N stood up

They walked out of the great hall and ended up walking to the quidditch pitch. The slytherin quidditch team was practicing so Y/N decided to watch. Y/N sat on one of the walls and watched the team play. They got a few whispers from the team but didn't care.

"Hello Y/N." Pandora walked over and sat next to them

"Hello Pandora." Y/N smiled at her

"What are you doing here?" She asked

"I came out to get some fresh air and ended up here." Y/N shrugged

"Are you watching anyone in particular?" Pandora smirked

"Truthfully." Y/N sighed, "I'm watching Regulus."

Pandora's face lit up but Y/N's didn't.

"Go talk to him!" Pandora smiled

"I can't! I pushed him away. I can't go back now. He might hate me!" Y/N stopped her

She cupped Y/N's face.

"He could never hate you!" She denied it

As if on cue, Regulus, Evan and Barty walked over in Quidditch uniform. Pandora looked in their direction, her hands still cupping Y/N's face.

"Can I have your lover?" Pandora asked

"They're not my lover, Dora." Regulus sighed, a hint of hatred coated his voice

"I knew it was a bad idea Pandora. It wouldn't work." Y/N stood up, "He hates me. I was right."

Y/N walked away. Pandora sat there in silence. The boy sat around her.

"You're an idiot, Reggie." Pandora wined, "They still love you! They told me! But they think you hate them so they won't say anything!"

"So you need to make the first move!" Barty realised

They all pushed Regulus to where Y/N had left. He walked away to where Y/N was. They were standing under a tree.

"Y/N." He stood behind them

"Regulus." Y/N spoke

Regulus pulled their hand so they were facing him. He placed his other hand on their cheek.

"What are you doing?" Y/N asked

Regulus looked down at their lips before at their face. He passionately pressed his lips against theirs. Butterflies erupted in Y/N's stomach. They both pulled away.

"I could never hate you." He rested his head on theirs

The two stayed there for while until a black dog jumped out a bush. It stared at Y/N then at Regulus.

"A, dog?" Regulus spoke

"Pads!!" Y/N smiled, "Oh, wait."

He quickly lunged at Regulus and pined him to the ground. Then he sat by Y/N's feet. Y/N sat down on the grass next to Padfoot.

"Why did you do that?" Y/N scratched Padfoot behind the ears

"I'll leave you be for now." Regulus laughed as he stood up, "Meet me in the room of requirements in a few hours?"

"Sure." Y/N smiled up at him

Padfoot transformed back into Sirius.

"So, you and my younger brother." Sirius spoke

"Yeah. And?"

"He's happy with you." He smiled, "I see how he looks at you. He hasn't looked at anyone else like that. Be grateful you're the one causing that happiness."

Y/N hugged him.

"Will there be children?" Sirius smirked

"SIRIUS!!" Y/N slapped his arm, "Focus on your own love life!"

"What love life?!" Sirius shrieked

"YOU AND MOONY!!" Y/N copied his tone of voice

James walked over to the two with Lily's arm locked with his. They both had frowns on their faces.

"What happened?" Y/N asked

"Well-" James started

"I was talking to Lily." Y/N cut him off

"Severus called me a mudblood again."Lily hugged James' arm tighter

Y/N stood up.

"Sirius. Would you get a detention for Lily?" Y/N pulled out their wand

"Of course." Sirius pulled out his wand

The two walked over to a group of Slytherins that consisted of; Regulus, Barty, Evan, Mulcibur, Severus, Rodolphus, Lucius, and a few others.

"Severus Snape!" Y/N stormed over

All the Slytherins turned to Y/N and allowed them to get to Snape.

"How dare you!" They pointed their wand at him

Sirius did the same.

"Levicorpus!" Y/N shot a spell at Snape

He started to dangle in the air from his ankles. Most of the Slytherins started laughing and 'oohing'.

"Let me go Potter!" Snape yelled

Y/N dropped him on the floor. Snape pulled out his wand to fight back.

"Expelliarmus!" Sirius shot a spell

His wand flew out of his hand.

"Serpensortia!" Y/N shot another spell

A snake appeared on the floor. Everyone backed away except Y/N. They could, hear the snake? Talking? Y/N began to... talk... to the snake. It was listening?

"What are you doing?!" Snape yelled

"We should go to Dumbledore." Sirius tried to pull Y/N away

Parceltongue:

"Hello Y/N Potter." The snake spoke

"You can talk?" Y/N asked

"No. You can talk. This is Parceltongue."

"Who are you?" Y/N asked

"Call me, Tom. Find the chamber."

"What chamber?"

"The chamber of secrets. If not, the next generation will find it and open it."
