Chapter 58

Harry was soon to arrive to 12 Grimmauld Place. Moody, Tonks, Kingsley, Y/N and a few others went out to get him. Tonks opened his bedroom door and shon a light through.

"Professor Moody?" Harry muttered

"Harry!" Y/N hugged him

"What are you all doing here?" Harry asked

"Rescuing you, of course." Moody rolled his eye

They all left the building and brooms were waiting for them.

"I'll fly ahead, to make sure there's no one there." Y/N got onto their broom

Y/N flew off ahead of everyone and quickly arrived at 12 Grimmauld place. Everyone soon arrived behind them. Y/N walked inside and left the door open for them all.

"We're back! With Harry!" Y/N walked into the main room

"Did you all arrive safely?" Remus asked

"Of course I did! Who do you take me for?" Y/N chuckled

They grabbed an apple while everyone continued talking.

"We mast trust Dumbledore." One of them said

"I say it's time to take action." Another said

Everyone except Harry walked into the room.

"He's growing stronger and stronger by the minute!" Sirius added, "We have to act now!"

Sirius looked over at the door. Harry was standing there, smiling at Sirius. Molly walked over to Harry, closed the door behind her and began to talk to him.

"What's all this about?" Y/N took another bite of the apple

"We need to act now. To defeat You-Know-Who." Sirius explained

"You already know I have a plan! Why are you making your own ideas?" Y/N threw the finished apple in the bin

"It's to do with Harry." Moody told them

"He's a child!" Molly tone angered

"We've been over this. If anyone has a right to know, it's Harry. If it wasn't for Harry, we wouldn't even know Voldemort was back." Sirius shook his head, "He's not a child, Molly."

"He's not an adult, either!" Molly bargained

"Why don't you leave it to Y/N?" Regulus suggested, "They have an idea but you won't trust them. I trust them, why don't you?"

"Thanks, Reggie." Y/N smiled at their boyfriend

"He's not James, Sirius, Y/N." Molly shook her head

"He's not your son." Sirius reminded her

"He's as good as!" Molly shot back

"You don't think we know that? He's nothing like any of your children! How about you leave family to family, leave Harry to me. You're all lucky I'm not adopting him." Y/N scoffed, "Listen. I've known that ever since I found out James was dead! He may not be my son, but he is my nephew and you're all asking me to basically babysit him!"

Y/N rolled their eyes and stormed out the room. They noticed something hanging down from the balcony.

"Seriously?" Y/N looked up

All the children were at the top of the stairs. Y/N listened to the conversation on the other side of the door and began to mimic them all.

"It's all a load of BullShit." Y/N knocked on the door

They sat on the stairs and watched as Crookshanks attacked the ear the kids were using to listen to the conversation. The kids walked downstairs shortly after Y/N re-entered the room.

"Well, we'll be eating down in the kitchen." Molly brought the kids into the room

Molly had to tell the twins off again before they all sat down. Y/N sat down in between Harry and Sirius and in front of Arthur, who was next to Remus.

"It seems that your hearing at the Ministry is to be before the entire Wizenagamot." Arthur said

"I don't understand." Harry stopped eating, "What has the Ministry of Magic got against me?"

"I'm leaving." Y/N stood up

Y/N walked out the room and Regulus followed.

"Y/N!" Remus called out but got ignored

They walked up the stairs and Regulus continued to follow.

"Y/N. Wait." Regulus pulled them aside, "I know you're not enjoying this, but we need to trust them all. They've been through this before."

"And I haven't?" Y/N scoffed, "I've been through this. Multiple times before. I'm using a time turner to escape fate! I've been through this!"

And with that, Y/N walked into theirs and Regulus' room to sleep.

A few days past, Harry had gone for his hearing and it was the day they had to go to Hogwarts. Moody, Padfoot and Toni's accompanied them all as they traveled. Pad foot howled.

"Padfoot." Y/N hissed

"Are you barking mad?" Moody asked, "You'll blow the entire operation!"

Once they were down the stairs, Padfoot ran off to the side. Harry and Y/N followed. He transformed back into Sirius.

"What if somebody sees you?" Harry looked around

"I had to see you off, didn't I?" Sirius sat down, "What's life without a little risk?"

"Thats what you said about the first time drinking firewiskey, hilarious. And making the animagi potions, dangerous. And when you had all your hair shaved off, that was just sad." Y/N rolled their eyes and laughed at the memories

"I don't want to see you get shut back in Azkaban." Harry told Sirius

"Oh, don't worry about me." Sirius shook his head, "Anyway."

Sirius pulled out a picture and gave it to Harry. It was everyone from the old Order.

"Marlene McKinnon. She was killed 2weeks after this was taken. Voldemort wiped out her entire family." Sirius pointed to Marlene

"That's Franks and Alice Longbottom. They suffered a fate worse than death, if you ask Sirius." Y/N pointed out

"It's been 14years and still a day doesn't go by I don't miss your dad." Sirius looked down at the picture

"Do you really think there's going to be a war, Sirius?" Harry asked

Sirius stayed silent for a moment.

"It feels like it did before." Sirius nodded

He handed a copy of the picture to Y/N. They held it close to themselves and smiled.
