Is it love? [Regulus x Reader]

Chapter 4

Regulus stood there in shock, unable to have words come out his mouth.

"What is it, Reg?" Barty asked

"Blood Traitor." He mumbled, "My mother carved the words into her arm."

"You happy?" Y/n smiled at him with tears flooding my eyes

"Why is blood traitor carved into your arm?" Regulus asked, his voice slightly breaking

"Because I don't support their nature."

The two boys stood there in shock.

"Does James and Sirius know?" Barty asked

She shook her head then walked off through the passage.

(At Hogsmeade)

Y/n put my hood up and walked over to Honeydukes. The shop had plenty of Chocolate for Remus so she ordered enough to last him until at least Halloween. Then, she went to Galdrags to get Sirius a leather Jacket.

"I better get something from them because they owe me." Y/n thought to herself

Lastly, she walked over to Splintwitches to get something for James. James usually sent her there to get someone for him so she practically knew this place like the back of her hand. After a while of deciding, Y/n got him a book on quidditch tips and tricks. On the way back, she heard a noise from the alley that the tunnel was in. Looking into the alley she could see two figures.

"Who's there?" She asked

Dropping the bags on a barrel next to her, Y/n walked into the shadows. The light shon on the figures so I could see who they were. It was James and Sirius.

"Did you follow me?" Y/n asked James and Sirius

The two Gryffindor boys looked at Y/n then hugged her tightly. Her eyes started to fill with tears and she leaned closer a bit.

"You know?" Y/n asked

"Never hide something like that again." James said as he rested his head in the crook of Y/n's neck

She smiled weakly before letting him go and picking up the bags.

"Let's go back to the common room." Sirius said

(At the Marauder's dorm)

They entered the boys room to find Peter and Remus already there.

"We told Professor Mcgonagall that there was a family emergency so now we have the rest of the day to ourselves." Remus laid back on his bed

Sirius sat on Remus's bed next to him while Peter sat on the floor and James and Y/n stood in the middle of the room awkwardly. She didn't look at any of them and Remus knew something was wrong without anyone telling him.

"Y/N." He stood back up, "come here."

Remus stretched his arms out awaiting a hug and she obeyed. Falling into his warm embrace, Y/n closed her eyes. Y/n's hands rested on his chest while his rested around her lower back. She could feel him placing his head on hers. They stayed in that position for a while until Sirius cleared his throat.

"We need to do something to keep your mind off of this sadness." He said, "it's not giving the vibes we need."

"Pads is right." James agreed

"A party?" Peter offered

"What if the whole of the 6th year is invited?" Sirius asked

Y/n looked up at him.

"The whole year?" She said, concerned

The boys laughed with each other and Y/n went over to James's bed to fall asleep. The boys kept bickering about what to do to cheer Y/n up but deep down, she didn't know herself.
