Is it love? [Regulus x Reader]

Chapter 77

Ron and Harry got into an argument over the Horcurux and Ron left them all. Y/N sent Regulus to go keep an eye on him and keep him out of danger. Harry, Hermione and Y/N went to Godric's Hollow and didn't find much. A few days after that, Ron and Regulus came back.

The group decided to visit The Lovegoods and it was extremely awkward. Y/N and Regulus looked around while the trio spoke with Mr Lovegood.

"You kept some of Pandora's things." Regulus smiled

"Yes." Mr Lovegood nodded, "So, how can I help you, Mr Potter?"

"Well, actually... It was about something you were wearing 'round your neck at the wedding." Harry said, "It was a symbol."

Mr Lovegood lifted up his necklace.

"You mean this?" He asked

It was made up of three things, a circle, a triangle and a line.

"Yes." Harry replied, "That exactly. What we've wondered is... What is it?"

"Why, didn't you ask you friends over there?" Mr Lovegood indicated to Y/N and Regulus

"They don't understand when I say the deathly hallows." Y/N shrugged, "I think Molly Weasley explained it to Ron and his siblings but that was it."

Mr Lovegood explained the deathly hallows to the children. The house rumbled and Death Eaters flew around.

"They're in here!" Mr Lovegood ran out the house

"You three get out of here! We'll deal with this!" Y/N pulled out her wand

Hermione, Ron and Harry disaperated somewhere else. Y/N and Regulus continued to fend off the Death Eaters until one of them flew into the house. It was Lucius Malfoy.

"Expelliarmus!" Y/N knocked his wand out his hand

Lucius picked up his wand again.

"Stupify!" Lucius shot Y/N into a table

The table broke under Y/N. Regulus was fighting another Death Eater that got into the house. He noticed that Y/N had been knocked down.

"Y/N!" Regulus ran to her side

Y/N managed to stand up again.

"Crucio!" Lucius yelled

Pain rushed through Y/N's body as she fell back to the floor. Before they knew it, Lucius had aperated himself, Y/N and Regulus to Malfoy Manor. Draco, Narcissa and Bellatrix where there as well.

"Take baby Reggie to the cellar. I want to have a word with Y/N." Bellatrix walked over to Y/N

Lucius shoved Regulus into the cellar downstairs and locked the door. Regulus looked around the dark room as he realised he was laying on the floor.

"Pandora?" Regulus looked at a blond haired girl

"It's Luna." The girl crouched down next to him, "You're Regulus. My uncle?"

"Yes." Regulus smiled

Luna helped Regulus stand up from the floor. The two heard screams from the floor above them.

"Who was with you before?" Luna asked

"It was Y/N. Y/N is up there with them all." Regulus looked at the stairs

Y/N fell to the floor and Bellatrix pounced at her. Bellatrix pulled out her dagger and enchanted it before tracing over the 'Blood Traitor' scar on Y/N's arm. The enchantment made it impossible for the wound to ever heal fully.

There was a knock on the door and Bellatrix left the room. Y/N looked around the room, Lucius wouldn't even look at her, Narcissa made Draco look away so he didn't have to see Y/N suffer, while Narcissa forced herself to watch. Bellatrix walked back into the room with bounty hunters and three teenagers. Ron, Hermione and a familiar boy.

She held up the boy by his hair and showed Draco. Lucius pushed his son closer.

"Well?" Bellatrix asked

"I can't be sure." Draco's eyes darted between Y/N and the boy

"Draco, look closely, son." Lucius said, "If we were the ones to hand Potter over to the Dark Lord, everything would be forgiven. All will be as it was, you understand?"

Hermione looked across the room to see Y/N laying on the floor in a pool of blood and facing away from everyone. She was shaking violently.

"Now, we won't be forgetting who actually caught him." A hunter said, "I hope, and Malfoy."

"You dare to talk to be like that in my own house?!" Lucius yelled

"Lucius." Narcissa hissed as she pulled him aside

"Don't be shy, sweetie." Bellatrix looked at Draco, "Come over."

Draco stepped forward.

"Now, if this isn't who we think it is, Draco, and we call him, he'll hill us all." Bellatrix said, "We need to be absolutely sure."

"What's wrong with his face?" Draco asked

"Yes, what is wrong with his face?" Bellatrix asked

"He came to us like that." The hunter said, "Something he picked up in the forest, I reckon."

"Or ran into a stinging jinx." Bellatrix muttered, "Was it you dearie?"

She pointed her wand at Hermione and walked up to her.

"Give me her wand. We'll see what she last spell was." Bellatrix said

Bellatrix saw a hunter with the sword of Gryffindor and went mad. She ended up almost killing all the hunters before they ran out the manor. The boy and Ron got sent into the cellar by Peter as the spell ran off to reveal Harry.

"What are we gonna do? We can't leave Hermione alone with her." Ron said

"Y/N was there as well." Harry remembered

"Ron?" Luna stepped out from the shadows, "Harry?"

Regulus followed her.

"Luna? Uncle Regulus?" Harry looked at them both

"Is Y/N still up there? What did they do to her?" Regulus asked

"I didn't see much. She was facing away from everyone. But she was shaking a lot and there was blood, lots of it." Harry recalled

The four of them heard more screams, from Hermione this time. Ollivander and Gripphook stepped out from the shadows.

"We have to do something." Ron looked back at Harry

"There's no way out of here." Ollivander said

Y/N looked over her shoulder and saw Hermione. Her arm hand been carved into, spelling 'Mudblood'.
