Chapter 32

Y/N and Remus now sat where Ron and Hermionie sat. Ron and Hermionie sat with Harry, who was still passed out.

"Thank you, Mr Lupin." Hermionie thanked him

"How does she know my name?" Remus whispered to Y/N

"It's on your suitcase, idiot." Y/N whispered back

"Is there some sort of connection between you two? Ron asked

"We met before the train." Y/M half lied, "We bumped into each other."

Harry soon woke up and sat up.

"Here." Remus handed Harry some chocolate, "Don't worry, it's chocolate."

He took the chocolate slice and began to eat it. Remus soon left to go talk to the driver of the train. Y/N stared out the window and stayed silent. The train started again and they quickly arrived. Everyone headed out of the train and to the great hall.

Dumbledore stood up and started to give his speech. He introduced Remus Lupin as the DADA professor, and Hagrid as the care of magical teachers. Dumbledore also said about how the dementors will be around Hogwarts more.

Everyone went to their common rooms.

"Fortuna major." Y/N said

The fat lady continued to sing.

"She won't let us in." Y/N turned around to everyone

"Fortuna major." Harry said

"No, no! Wait, wait!" The fat Lady stopped them all, "Watch this."

She began to sing and then scream before smashing her glass against the wall.

"Fortuna major!" Y/N raised their voice

The fat lady rolled her eyes and let them all in. Y/N noticed something from the window. A black dog made its way to the whomping willow.

"I just remembered I need to do something. I'll be back later." Y/N ran out

They ran to the DADA classroom and knocked on the door.

"Y/N?" Remus opened the door, "Do you need anything?"

"Sirius." Y/N caught their breath again, "Come with me."

Remus followed Y/N outside and into the whomping willow.

"Where are you taking me?" Remus asked

Y/N took him to the main room. Sirius was standing in the middle with his back turned to them both.

"Sirius?" Remus spoke softly

"Remus?" Sirius turned to face them both

Remus walked over to Sirius and hugged him.

"I was in Azkaban for 12years." Sirius cried, "I was with Reg's friends and our family and more death eaters."

"Calm down, Sirius." Y/N walked over, "You might have another panic attack."

"Another?" Remus repeated, "What do you mean 'another'?"

"After the prank, when you ignored him, he had panic attacks that you'll never talk to him again or care for him again." Y/N explained, "He also felt like he was back at 12 Grimmauld place with his family from when you yelled at him."

Sirius' breathing slowed and he calmed down.

"Stay in here for now." Remus told Sirius, "We don't know what might happen. But we will help you."

"Can I just say something. Sirius, you look worse then when you shaved your head, and that's saying something." Y/N tried to not laugh in the serious situation

"They're right." Remus laughed

Soon, all three of them were laughing. Remus and Y/N left and headed back to the school. They both headed to Remus' office.

"We have you tomorrow, don't we?" Y/N looked around Remus' office

"Yeah. We're doing boggarts." Remus flipped through a page in a notebook, "Could you help lead for demonstration?"

"You won't like what you see." Y/N warned him, "Plus, I haven't used the spell in AGES!"

"Let's practice." He smiled

He led Y/N to the classroom and made a wardrobe appear.

"Do you remember the incantation?" He asked

Y/N nodded.

Remus unlocked the door and the boggart flew out. It scanned over Y/N before shape shifting. The boggart landed on the floor and it looked like a woman. Wallburga Black to be exact.

"Wallburga." Y/N hissed

"Use the spell!"

Y/N shot the spell at the boggart. The Wallburga boggart lost her nose and hair.

"What did you think of?" Remus laughed as he sent the boggart back into the wardrobe

Y/N put their wand down on a desk.

"Our professor told us: 'the stronger the fear the stronger the power' right? I used my tormentor and Voldemort. It's Wallburga with no nose and hair." Y/N laughed

They thought for a moment.

"Will I have to demonstrate or help explain?" Y/N asked

"Demonstration would be easier." Remus sighed, "Is that ok?"

Y/N paused, "Yeah. That will be ok."

"Get some rest." Remus said

Y/N walked out the office and closed the door behind them. Remus stood in silence until hearing a noise. Sirius jumped through the window.

"What are you doing here?" Remus asked

"You ignored me for a year, I spent 12years in Azkaban and I can't see my boyfriend now?" Sirius walked over

He hugged Sirius and rested his head on his shoulder. Sirius lifted Remus' chin up and kissed him on his lips. Y/N opened the door.

"I think I left my wand in here, Remus." Y/N looked up at them

They were met with Sirius kissing Remus.

"If James was still alive, he would owe me." Y/N placed one hand on their hip, "Congrats though."

Y/N saw their wand on a desk and picked it up.

"Wait." Y/N stopped, "Where am I going? I want to know more."

They sat down on one of the desks.

"How long has it been?" Y/N asked

"4th year." Remus stood back, "Christmas."

"Wasn't that when everyone was falling for you?" Y/N looked over at Sirius

Sirius nodded. The sound of the door moving caught everyone's attention. Sirius transformed into his animagi form as it opened. Hermione popped her head around the door.

"Professor Lupin." She spoke, "Y/N?"

"Is there something you need, Miss Granger?" Remus asked

"I was looking for Y/N, it seems like I found them." She chuckled, "What are you doing here? And why is there a black dog?"
