Chapter Fifteen
Filthy Hands

(Nobody's Pov!)

"Finally! I've been assigned to an actual mission!" Maddie cheered, walking alongside her friends. Mackenzie, Philip, and Alcameano we're all on a mission with Maddie.

"So what are we doing?" Philip asked, looking over at Alcameano. "Well we're investigating the disappearances of women in this part of the city." Alcameano spoke.

"This is a pretty sketchy part of town." Mackenzie said, looking at the homeless people on the street. Everything was pretty run down and dirty too. "It's a shame the royal family isn't helping out more." Maddie said, rubbing her arm.

"But why do we need to dress like this?" Mackenzie asked, looking down at the red short skirt and tight shirt with a slit going right above her chest. Thankfully it covered her scar. Maddie was also wearing a short skirt and tight crop top.

"Listen, the plan is really simple. You two ladies will act as bait and whatever villain is leaking will most likely strike." Alcameano said, averting his eyes from the ladies.

"They typically go after.. uh.. working women..." Alcameano said, trying to speak politely.

"Working women?" Maddie asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Whores?" Philip asked, looking at Mackenzie. That outfit was making him feel a little flustered... He looked away from her chest that was almost bursting out of the slutty top.

"I feel like I didn't sign up for this..." Mackenzie said, looking down at her outfit. Alcameano chuckled as they all kept walking.

"Philip and I won't be to far behind. Keep your eyes open." Alcameano said, as they split away from the group. Maddie and Mackenzie walked together, trying to keep a look out for the villain stealing women.

The ladies walked through the crowd of people, trying to stay in sight of the guys behind them. Philip narrowed his eyes, suspicious of everyone who walked past the ladies.

Suddenly Philip lost sight of the ladies. He tapped Al's arm and quickly pushed through the crowd, searching for the ladies.

"Mackenzie?" Philip yelled. How could they disappear so fast? Alcameano and Philip rushed through the crowd, trying to find them. "Maddie?!" Alcameano yelled. It's impossible!

Mackenzie and Maddie walked through the crowd, passing by multiple people. "Let's get to the sidewalk." Maddie said, as they moved to the sidewalk due to the amount of people in the street. "Why does everyone walk there instead of the actual sidewalk?" Mackenzie asked.

"It's like shopping rush hour here. All those shops are along the street instead. This is such an interesting part of town." Maddie said, looking at all the people shopping at the stands.

Suddenly a man walked past them causing both ladies to freeze. That man's aura... Maddie tried to turn around, but suddenly she collapsed. Mackenzie gasped and went to kneel down beside Maddie. "Maddie?!" Mackenzie gasped, shaking her friend. That's when Mackenzie spotted a small scratch on the side of Maddie's neck. Suddenly MacKenzie's head began spinning, causing her to collapse as well.

"S-shit.. Philip... Al..." Mackenzie struggled to speak as she hit the ground, feeling blood slipping from the side of her neck.

Mackenzie opened her eyes and blinked trying to adjust to the blinding lights around her. Mackenzie gasped, realizing she was in a weird room with a glass wall in front of her. She was dizzy and exhausted. She could barely move. What was this? It looked like she was some sort of zoo exhibit. She struggled to make it to her knees so she could look around better. Her eyes widened as she noticed there were multiple rooms just like hers. Across from her was another line of rooms. Her room had fully white walls and a random door in the back of the room, with a glass wall in front of her. She was like a tiger in a cage.
