(Nobody's Pov!)

All of the students have gotten a week break from school so they can visit their families. It's not a mandatory break, so the students don't have to leave. Mackenzie and Philip didn't have anyone left to visit. A lot of the students didn't really want to go back home.

Maddie knew she had to go home to visit her family. It was time that they saw her as a full fledged hero. She was going to prove herself to them! She was nervous, but thankfully Marcus offered to go with her to meet her family! And after Marcus wanted Maddie to meet his family! It was going to be an amazing trip! Maddie knocked on her front door, her heart racing. This was going to be it! She was about to see her family again. That's when her front door opened, revealing her little sister.

"Maddie!" Her little sister cheered, tackling Maddie in a hug. Marcus smiled watching Maddie's face. Maddie was so happy to see her sister again.

"Abbigail!" Maddie said, smiling happily. The two parted from their hug. Abba looked back at Marcus with curious eyes.

"Who's he?" Abba asked, staring up at the handsome man. Maddie smiled and motioned to Marcus to come in the house. They shut the door behind them and Maddie introduced Marcus.

"This is my friend from school, Marcus Roxhart." Maddie said, looking back at Marcus. Abba giggled and stared at the two of them.

"Boyfriend! Maddie has a boyfriend!" Abba chanted, causing Maddie's parents to enter the room.

"Madelyn, You came back." Sarah spoke, eyeing her daughter.

"Hello, Mom. I'm on break from school." Maddie said, her heart racing as her mother stared at her with a disapproving look.

"Who's this?" Sarah asked, eyeing Marcus.

"He's a friend from school! His name is Marcus!" Maddie said, motioning to the boy standing beside her.

"Hello, Ma,am. It's nice to meet you." Marcus said, smiling. Sarah raised an eyebrow and then nodded.

"He's cute, I approve." Sarah spoke, causing the two people to blush. Maddie looked away from Marcus in embarrassment.

"Would you two like to have some dinner?" Maddie's father asked, staring at the two. He eyed Marcus suspiciously. The two walked towards the table with Abba following behind them. Abba was giggling at the two as they awkwardly sat down next to each other. Abba stared up at Marcus as she sat next to him.

"So... Do you have abs?" Abba asked, causing Marcus to choke on his water. Maddie blushed in embarrassment as she glared at Abba.

"Abba! That's inappropriate!" Maddie scolded, causing Sarah to clear her throat as she sat down at the table.

"So, Marcus... What do you want with my daughter?" Sarah asked, eyeing Marcus.

"She's a great friend and a great comrade to have in the hero academy." Marcus said, as he ate a piece of broccoli from his plate.

"I don't think you guys should stay in that hero school. You should probably drop out. It's easier to start a family when you're not focusing on that silly hero business." Maddie's father said, not looking up from his plate.
