May The Blood Rain

(Nobody's Pov!)

Mackenzie slashes her scythe at a great speed, hoping to finally catch The Phoenix off guard. Philip punched and punched, but to no avail. The Phoenix dodged and chuckled as he did, his arms behind his back.

That's when The Phoenix suddenly kicks his leg up, hitting Mackenzie in the side, throwing her down into Philip. The two tumble to the ground and roll over the concrete. Mackenzie's head meets the concrete and her vision blurs as Philip jumps back to his feet and gets to fighting again.

Mackenzie blinks hard a few times, attempting to clear her vision, but as she opens her eyes again she's met with a person standing over her. It looks like a child and she can't comprehend what a child would be doing here. She shakes her head and forces herself back to her feet. That's when suddenly footsteps approach her rapidly, causing her to snap her head in the direction they were coming from. That's when Crystal threw a punch with an ice covered fist, causing Mackenzie to gasp and dodge backwards.

The Phoenix dodged Philip's punched with ease until suddenly a wave of lava slashed between the father and son. The Masked destroyer walked forwards, his fists clenched tightly as he approached The Phoenix.

"Back away, boy. This is my fight." The Masked Destroyer spoke, side eyeing Philip. Philip nodded and back away, watching as his father cracked his neck and chuckled.

"Come on, Michael. We've done this dance before and you know how it ends." The Phoenix chuckled, making a sizzling sound with his mouth, mocking that he killed Michael's wife.

The Masked Destroyer narrowed his eyes and charged forwards, a barrage of punches coming The Phoenix's way. Phil continued to dodge and block, finally focusing in on the battle. Philip was clearly no match for his father.

Mackenzie and Crystal continue attacking each other as Crystal makes snide remarks about Mackenzie being colder than normal.

"How does it feel now that I've ruined your chances at a happy life?!" Crystal laughed, causing Mackenzie to growl. Mackenzie refused to respond to this psychopath. Mackenzie slashed her scythe over and over, trying to move her body how she used too, but she could feel the resistance from the ice. Crystal only laughed as she launched ice spikes at Mackenzie. Mackenzie gasped and attempted to block them, but she wasn't nearly as fast as she used to be, getting slashed a few times by the ice.

That's when suddenly someone appeared beside Mackenzie, raising a wall of snow between them and Crystal. "Don't worry. I'll handle her." Frostine spoke, looking over at Mackenzie with a sympathetic look.

"I'm sorry for what my sister did to you." Frostine said, lowering the wall of snow as she walked forwards, facing Crystal. Crystal was enraged and her eyes seemingly bulged out of her head as she began smiling widely.

"Sister!!" Crystal laughed, dragging her nails down her own face, leaving a blood claw mark on her cheek. "Crystal." Frostine spoke, disappointed at what Crystal had become.

Calida and Bruno stuck close together, never leaving each others sides. They were picking off heroes easily together due to their combined strength. That's when they finally came across Raven and May. Calida attacked first and launched a ball of fire at the two girls. Raven gasped and quickly raised her forcefield, pulling may closer to her.
