Dead. Upon receiving the news faces were down cast processing what they just heard, even after careful consideration they just couldn't believe it. You remembered when you first saw Nami she was too scared to kill Luffy there is no way she would hurt Usopp. Luffy was the angriest and he went up to Johnny.
"Stop lying, Nami would never hurt Usopp we are friends she wouldn't!"
"Who's friends?" Came a voice from behind and you all turned to see Nami walking with her eyes shaded and a glove on. You lifted your face up taking a sniff of the air, that was the smell of blood. It could easily be Zoro's wounds but it was also coming from Nami.
"You guys were just a tool for me to take your treasure. Leave, this place has nothing to do with you. Your ship is docked away from sight so you won't be seen." She said.
"Aww~ You even took the courtesy to keep Merry safe how sweet." She got angry and held you dangerously by your cloak. What was it with everyone yanking you around.
"This is it we were never crew mates so just leave." She had handled you very kindly even. You all watched as she was just there fuming. Zoro was on his way to attack Nami when Sanji blocked him. Nami then left to probably go to Arlong park. Luffy breathed out and fell to the ground.
"Huh! It's no use I will only take Nami as our navigator. I'm going to sleep."
"With the situation like this, in the middle of the road your really going to sleep?" Johnny asked. You gave your own two cents.
"He's right Luffy the sun is so hot right now you might get a sunburn."
"That's not what I meant!" Johnny yelled to you. Zoro sat under a tree and Luffy already fell asleep and you just left him there.
"Why do you suppose Nami was crying?"
"What do you mean?" Zoro asked.
"She was crying in her heart." Yosaku and Johnny had bid you guys goodbye earlier and left. You closed your eyes when you heard them arguing and they were getting closer to fighting. Your money was on Zoro to win this fight, before anything could happen they went to attack one another and that's when someone got caught in the middle it was Usopp.
He was actually alive and well, until he was actually hit. That's when Luffy woke up and was shocked to find Usopp beaten up.
"Usopp are you okay did Nami do this to you.?" Luffy asked frantically as he shook Usopp.
"That was us." Sanji said looking guilty at Luffy. Usopp explained that Nami had stabbed herself so that he could escape. Everyone started getting fired up to go and save Nami when a woman with purple hair in a spaghetti top was walking towards you guys.
She introduced herself as Nojiko, Nami's big sister and she didn't want us to try and help her. Sanji was swooning over her beauty. It seems Nami found it difficult to believe that someone had actually showed up for her.
"I should tell you what Nami has been going through for the past five years."
"I'm going for a walk, I don't care about Nami's past." Luffy got up and walked away.
"Who is he?" Nojiko asked.
"Don't worry about him." Zoro said and went to lean on a tree.
"Yeah tell us what happened." Usopp said.
"Yeah I wanna know everything about Nami-san!" Sanji said.
"Yeah me too everything." You said very excited. Sanji was giving you dirty looks.
"Huh? Are you trying to compete for her love or something?" He said asking you.
"What led you to that kind of conclusion? I just like tea and I prefer it hot."
"What do you mean tea? I'm ready to compete for Nami's love completely." Usopp came separating you two who were about to fight and told you guys to calm down.
You sat on the ground annoyed. This information didn't matter. It wouldn't change how you viewed Nami she was always gonna be a friend to you even if it was one-sided. Nojiko then began the tale of their childhood....
Later
Nojiko had finished telling you guys why she wanted you to leave. Nami was so close to achieving her goal to buy the village back and everything. It was no use Arlong is a pirate, he would probably find loops to jump through to break the deal, it wasn't going to be that easy. Nami made the deal when she was only ten and probably didn't have a choice seeing that her mother had just been killed in front of her.
This was horrible, more lives ruined by pirates and the navy is nowhere to be seen of course too busy with whatever is happening in the Grand line. Arlong was a complete disgrace to everything Fisher Tiger fought for. He's basically enslaving these people by making them pay for their lives in order to live. He probably had his own level of trauma with humans but that didn't mean he could go terrorizing others.
It was the same thing as usual. Nobody deals with their trauma and they end up dumping it on others. Nojiko walked away back from whence she came. Well you guys couldn't really take any action without Luffy saying anything. So you just decided to take a nap.
"Zoro I want to nap." You raised your hands like a child indicating you wanted to be carried. He had the most irritated look on his face but complied regretting making this decision. He squatted and you climbed on too his back. He was about to stand up when he realized he couldn't. You were way too heavy for him. Well you were wearing some weights on you but that shouldn't have stopped him. He tried getting up again but couldn't.
"Ah I forgot how injured you are, sorry." You got off and walked to the tree watching the swordsman have an internal crisis in his head. You wanted whoever Luffy's first mate was to be strong and keep Luffy on his toes.
Time had gone by just sitting there until Luffy came back and without his hat at that. Knowing that this was the most important part of all, you stood up and walked together towards Arlong park.
Arriving you saw Johnny and Yosaku beaten up and the villagers were ready to fight. They had been walking in a line and Luffy broke the wall walking inside. Two fishmen tried to stop him but he just knocked their heads together and walked on in.
"Which one of you is Arlong?"
