86. ௹ Two years ௹

A few months later something tragic happened it was many horrible events lined up that led to it. Sabo died. He had escaped his family, that kidnapped him, going out to sea when a Celestial dragon shot his boat. His three siblings cried for him dearly and missed him greatly as well.

The three trained together for years and when Ace was 17 he left. Two years later you left and after a year reunited with Luffy who had just began his journey as you had promised to join his crew.

END OF BACKSTORY

Of course while narrating like Law, you left out a lot of details as well as the embarrassing moments.

"You had quite the journey Y/n-ya."

"I'm just glad that I got lucky. I had many amazing people looking after me." You thanked him for his time and left.

At night you could barely get a wink in and decided to go out for some much needed fresh air. While you were gazing at the stars tears began to roll down your face.

You really were going to miss him. You decided you didn't want to remember him by his last moments but rather by all the time you had spent with him as a child. If he was here he would probably scold you for crying. One thought that let you be at ease was that he had Whitebeard and Sabo with him.

Sabo you hadn't thought about him in years. You knew that you would never forget about them but you could only move forward and continue living that's what they would've wanted. Plus you had an unconscious Luffy on your plate of worry.

Once you didn't have any tears left and just a throbbing head you went back to bed.

The next day you woke up to the sound of crashing outside the palace.

Well here we go

As little as the training was it helped you overpower the female assassin that was sent this time and drag her all the way to the bay. Lhysa tied her up to a tree and then gave you the day's assignment.

"So, what is it today?"

"You'll be visiting the past physically. You'll go to Marījoa."

"How?"

"Do you still have the sketch of the cell."

"I do but it isn't complete."

"It doesn't have to be, you're strong enough to just use it as it is."

You got out the sketch and then touched it. Your hand went in and your whole body followed. Entering you walked around and as usual it was empty. You were the only one they kept in here.

Well you thought it was empty but there was a pale man who looked like he hadn't eaten in ages with bruises covering his body. Being in here was hard, it brought back multiple memories but you were able to stay firm and not falter. You sat on the ground looking at the man.

"How badly do you want to leave this place?"

"I would like to leave but I can't with these." He lifted up his sea prism cuffed hands and pointed to his collar. "Plus if I left they would be alerted."

"I think I have just the replacement." You went back and grabbed the assassin girl and put his cuffs and collar on her leaving her in the cell. You let the man lean on you to walk.

"Ah you're back and he is?" Lhysa looked at him wondering and he spoke up his name.

"Lee, I'm Lee." He stated and the Valkyrie shot you a questioning look.

"I didn't plan this! I'm gonna take him to Law." You walked with the man and invaded the sub once again.

"Hi, sorry to ask this but could you check on him. they won't let him on the island."
