I'm sorry to say this, but I hope you take it personally.

You're just like your mother.

You run away. Without reason, without telling anyone, disappearing into the night.

You'll promise a return. You'll even visit if we start to become suspicious of you lying, but you'll always leave, won't you?

But still, I'll stay here. I'll wait for you just like you used to wait for your mother, to come crying back, to take care of you, to satisfy some kind of hole you have in place of her.

I'll wait for you just like pebbles used to wait for my mom to come around and love her the same.

I'll wait around just like your father does for you all day, hoping you'll come back, though he'll never say it.

I'll wait for you like I used to wait for my father to come back. And similarly, one day I'll be too hopeful when I get your call.

And it'll be just like him. Telling me goodbye, and that you loved me. And that your dying. You'll end up dead the next day, just like him. And you'll leave me. Won't you?
