No one's POV:

Wednesday woke up early the next morning before Enid. That was how it usually was—the raven awake first.

But as soon as what happened the night before crossed her mind, she immediately looked over at her roommate. Wednesday took a moment to admire the sleeping girl before realizing Enid's arms were draped over her.

In disgust of the touch and the moment of admiration, she removed herself from the wolf and walked into the bathroom.

I can't believe that happened... Wednesday thought to herself. What was I thinking?

But she didn't dwell on the thoughts and she didn't let them ruin her focus. Once they were pushed aside, she got ready for the day.

Enid's POV:

As I awakened, I yawned and stretched as I sat up. I had the greatest night's sleep—the best one I have had in a while.

Wait, did something happen last night? I swore I remember having a nightmare. If I had a nightmare, how would I have gotten a good sleep?

I couldn't recall anything, so I shrugged it off with a hum and a smile on my face.

As I swung my legs off my bed, I glanced over at Wednesday's side of the room to not find her there. My eyes drifted over to the bathroom where the door was closed and light spilled out from the crack, so I assumed she was getting ready.

I decided to get ready as well since we did have classes... Ugh, I hated school so much.

I got my uniform and as I spun around, Wednesday exited the bathroom. I shot her a smile, but she didn't look at me. I pouted as I watched her walk to her side of the room.

Well, that was weird.

I muttered under my breath and walked into the bathroom to get ready.

I changed into my school uniform, put on makeup, brushed my teeth and hair, before finally approving that I was good to go.

I exited the bathroom and spotted Wednesday reading a book at her desk. My feet moved before I could register and I was peering over her shoulder.

"Whatcha doing?" I asked.

The small girl jumped a little and I had to stifle a laugh. "Reading? Use your eyes, imbecile," she muttered.

I squinted my eyes at the back of her head. I knew she was usually rude, but she seemed much ruder than normal. "Did I do something?" I questioned.

My roommate turned around in her chair and glared at me. I returned it, not backing down at all. But when I eventually raised my eyebrows for her to answer, she blinked, breaking the glare.

"Do you not remember what happened last night?" Wednesday asked.

I shook my head. "Not really, no," I told her.

She sighed slightly. "I slept with you."

"What?" I screamed, jumped back a little.
