14) The party after torturing

Wednesday's POV:

I sat in the quad next to Enid at lunch. We were all eating the mildly okay food they served until Yoko had to disrupt the peaceful silence. "Wednesday, I've been meaning to tell you something."

"Enlighten me." I hummed in response. I was quite curious to know what she wanted to tell me.

"So Xavier was the one behind the rumor of Enid cheating on you, you know? We also suspected him of other things that won't be addressed, so me, Bianca, and Divina chained him up in an abandoned place in the woods. He's been chilling there for like a week now and he isn't giving us answers so we figured maybe you could help get some answers out of him," the vampire told me, giving me a small wink afterward.

I took that wink as a hint that we'd be doing more than just "getting answers out of him." A small smirk appeared on my face and I nodded in agreement.

Yoko straightened up and smiled at me. "Meet me in my dorm 15 minutes after classes end," I ordered, and she nodded quickly.

"Hey, guys? There's a party later on at six. We should go!" Bianca declared. Yoko and Enid nodded excitedly, but I sat there without a response.

"Come on, Wednesday! Go with me!" the wolf pleaded. "It won't kill you. Plus, I'd love to show you off to all the single ladies there." She giggled.

I turned my head to look at her. "I'm not a puppet. If I go, it's because I chose to—not so others can look," I stated firmly.

Enid sighed and rolled her eyes playfully. "Fine. Can you go because I'm going?" she questioned, giving me her puppy dog eyes.

Ugh, I hated when she did that to me.

"Fine," I grumbled. The girls cheered and I wanted to murder each and every one of them.

But whatever makes my girlfriend happy, I shall do.

We finished eating lunch before heading to our next class. The rest of them went by quickly and before I knew it, I was in my dorm waiting for my girlfriend and her friend.

The door swung open. "Addams!" I heard.

I was looking out the window and I froze for a moment as I heard Enid before slowly turning around. "Do not," I said firmly.

"Please tell me you're not gonna do what I think you're gonna do to Xavier," she said quickly as she walked toward me.

I folded my arms. "And what are you going to do if I am, Sinclair?" I teased.

The wolf stumbled over her words before someone appeared in the doorway. "Sorry, I'm early. I'm just so excited," Yoko exclaimed.

I shook my head and shrugged off her apology. I looked back at Enid and planted a kiss on her lips. "I'll see you later," I told her before grabbing my bag and allowing Yoko to lead me to Xavier.

We entered the building and Yoko took me to where Xavier was chained up to the wall with a sock in his mouth. I kneeled next to him and yanked the sock out.

"Hello, Xavier," I murmured with a smirk on my face. I hadn't tortured anyone in a while. This was going to be fun.

He looked at me and grunted. I stood up and stepped back to where Yoko was standing. "Maybe now that Wednesday's here, you'd start talking," she said.
