Enid's POV:

Yoko walks into the dorm and sits down next to me. I invited her over, but I don't know what to say. I haven't talked to her in a while. At least she got out of the hospital safe and sound.

"That was scary, huh?" I softly say.

I turn my head a little to see Yoko nod. I look back down at my lap and fidget with my hands. God, why is this so difficult? She's my best friend. Maybe because of what happened.

"Why did we do that?" Yoko says my next thought out loud.

I shrug my shoulders. "No idea, it's not like we even have feelings for each other," I say.

"It's like we were provoked to." Yoko quickly says after me.

How would that be possible? Everyone left and then it just happened? Did someone in the crowd do something? Did they spike our drinks?

I'm overwhelmed.

If only I never went to the party, Wednesday wouldn't hate me. I miss her so much. It's all my fault I lost her.

"Me and Wednesday are taking a break." I blurt out. I look over and stare at her.

Yoko doesn't look up from her lap. "Me and Layla are, too." She says.

There's uncomfortable silence for a while. I'm trapped in my mind. I can't get out of it. All of these negative emotions are taking control of me. Will I ever get Wednesday back?

"What do we do?" Yoko breaks the silence.

"I don't know. We just wait, and give them time. They'll come back to us." I answer.

She stands up and starts heading towards the door.

I stop her. "Yoko, wait!" I yell. She turns around and her eyes meet mine.

That hasn't happened in a long time.

"Can you stay with me?" I ask. I've been thirsty for company ever since Wednesday left me.

I need somebody. And Yoko is the only one here.

She nods her head. "Yeah." I swing my legs onto the bed and get under the blankets. Yoko gets on the other side and we lay there.

We don't touch, I don't think we will until everything is fixed.

Wednesday's POV:

I race back to Nevermore. I don't care if Layla gets there before me. I need to tell her about this. I approach the school, bursting in through the doors, not caring who is around me or who I wake up.

My footsteps are loud as I run back to Layla's dorm. I barge through the door.

"Holy shit!" Layla jumps back. "What the fuck, Wednesday?" She says once she noticed it was me.

I stop to catch my breath and walk over to my bed, motioning her to follow. We sit on my bed as I pull out the phone. "Look what I found." I huff.

Layla takes the phone from me and reads the notification. Then she swipes and it unlocks.

So not everyone has a passcode on their phone.

Layla clicks on an app called Facebook and opens up the message. "Who is Gabrielle?" I ask as if she knows.

I watch as the picture is blown up. We examine the picture together. That woman... she looks familiar. Wait...

Is that Bianca's mom? Holy shit.

I snatched the phone from her and hit the arrow, bringing me back to the messages. I scroll up until the very first message and read them.

Gabrielle

E:  Hello, Gabrielle.

G: Who are you?

E: Enid's mom. I need your help.

G: Enid's mom? And what could you ever need my help with?

E: Listen here. Enid is friends with Bianca. And she's dead. Right?

G: I know what those little bitches did to my baby.

E: Don't you want a little revenge on them?

G: Revenge? What do you have in mind, hm?

E: Well, here's the deal. I help you with revenge on your child, and in the process, you help me get my own child in my hands again.

G: Deal, now what's the plan?

E: The plan is simple. You use your siren song on Enid and Yoko to make them do something that their girlfriends will get mad at. Wednesday should be so disappointed with Enid, I will come and pick my daughter up and she won't do a thing. You, on the other hand, will now have made Yoko's life a miserable hell.

G: Hmm, deal. Anything to even give those fuckers a small portion of how I feel.

E: First, sneak into the school and siren song them. I will hide in the trees and wait for the plan to take action. Text me when your part is done.

G: Alright, I'm coming over now. These cunts are gonna get what's coming to em.

G: It's done.
