Yoko's POV:

Enid invited me over after classes ended, and I was so eager that I ran up to her dorm. She said she wanted to talk to me about something and I wondered what it was. She seemed excited about it, so it made me even more eager to find out. I hoped it was good—I needed good things to come my way.

I arrived at their dorm and opened the door quietly. I saw that Enid wasn't by her bed and I got confused. Where was she?

I closed the door and crept into the room farther. But as I looked at Wednesday's side, I froze.

Enid was straddling Wednesday and their faces were smashing together. Not a sight to see...

"Um," I muttered.

Both of their heads snapped in my direction and Enid immediately hopped off of Wednesday—their faces bright red.

I covered my mouth with my hand. "Shit! I'm sorry, guys! I didn't mean to interrupt," I said quickly, finally processing what I had walked in to.

"Yes, you did," the raven mumbled before getting off her bed and walking to the bathroom.

She was so embarrassed—I almost laughed. "Should I go?" I asked my bestie with a chuckle.

"No, no! It's fine." Enid laughed too.

"My bad, girl," I apologized as I went to sit on her bed.

She sat down next to me. "Are you ready to hear what I wanted to talk to you about?" the wolf asked with a smile.

"Yes!"

Wednesday's POV:

Damn vampire always interrupting me and Enid's private time. We needed to find a place that would be all to ourselves. Maybe that pond Enid had taken me to on our second date.

That reminded me: I should get another date planned. I'd do that later. I glanced at myself in the mirror and spotted a red mark on my neck.

Shit, I needed to cover that up. But there was no way I'd let Enid put makeup on it.

Jason asked me to hang out at the library today during lunch yesterday. I was able to get Enid not to be jealous anymore by doing what I thought I'd never do before: kissing her in public.

It was so awkward, but anything to keep mi amor happy.

I quickly raced out of the bathroom and looked over to find the two girls having a conversation. I grabbed a shirt from my dresser and rushed back into the bathroom, hoping I wasn't too suspicious.

Enid's POV:

"Really?" Yoko squealed.

I nodded my head. "Yeah, I think you guys would be perfect for each other," I commented.

The vampire had a huge smile on her face. "We should invite her to hang out today!"

I grinned and agreed. A hangout would be nice—kind of like a double date. I'd bring Wednesday and Layla and Layla would get to know Yoko and who knew, maybe they'd get together.
