Trouble Should Not Be Double

Chapter 47

Derek's POV

Today both of my mates can finally get out of the hospital, along with the baby.

We decided to change his name, and we named him Darrius, since I don't want Noel to be angry about it again.

Leon was alright with it, so I'm happy that we were able to come up with some solution to this argument.

Now Noel and I walk towards the house, while Leon and the baby are already there, they left the hospital in the morning, but Noel had to have some more examinations today, so that's why we just left.

Noel didn't see the baby yet, and I'm a bit scared that he will hate it, because it will definitely reaming him of the baby that he lost.

Not only baby Darrius is my kid, but he was born the same day that Noel lost our kid.

Hopefully he will learn to like him, despite the fact that it's not his own baby.

Also, Peter already met Darrius, and he didn't look happy at all to have a baby brother.

And from what Timmy told me when he visited us a few hours ago, he's already annoyed by the baby's screams and cries.

So, I already know that it will be hard to live together for a long while.

When we reach the house, I lead Noel up the stairs, and into his bedroom, before I help him change, even though I know that he could do it on his own without any problem.

"Do you want to see the baby?" I ask him, and he considers it for a long while.

He looks like he wants to just say no, but I know that he wants to see the baby too.

"You don't have to." I say, to assure him that it's alright if he needs more time.

"I want to see him." He says.

"Alright, I will be right back." I tell him with a smile.

I go to Leon's room, and I take the baby form him, which he seems more than happy about.

We only have him for a day  but everyone already knows that he will be pretty hard to take care off.

I wish we could have an Omega they're very quietband shy, so he would be easy to raise.

I take the baby back to Noel's room, and I sit on the bed next to him.

He smiles slightly when he sees the baby properly, so I try to let him hold it, but he refuses to take Darrius and instead he puts his head on my shoulder, and he looks at the small baby.

"Darcy?" He asks me.

"No, we named him Darrius." I say, I didn't even know that he doesn't know it yet.

"Okay." He says, seeming happy about it.

"Can we name out next baby Darren?" He asks, and I smile at him, before I nod in agreement.

"Of course." I say.

We look at the baby for a while longer, before all three of us start to fall asleep.

I stand up to put Darrius in his room, and I walk into Leon's room to wish him goodnight, before I go back to Noel.
