You rescued and embraced me with love so tenderly.
Mr. in my slumbered sight, Savior in peril's plight,
Loved in dreams, but vanish at first light.
With courage, I held you tight,
Longing for your embrace in morning's light.
We won't part, won't stray away,
Hoping to be together after sleep's sway.
In that fleeting moment, by your side I stayed,
Fearful to let go, in love's deep shade.
Your presence desired, not just in dream's embrace,
But upon waking, you're gone without a trace.
In dreams, we're intertwined,
Yet in reality, our paths are confined.
Though strangers, a connection is felt,
In the dream's embrace, in real life, I long to melt.
