So I was debating this chapter because Damon is gonna get some hate but just remember he's the Mafia boss so he's not a good person.
Clara was left alone in a cell, it was similar to last time only the man was pissed she had knocked two guys out and Damon had shot another so he tied her up extra tight. He had been tempted to break a few bones but he knew Damon would not be happy so instead he simply slapped her.
Being alone in the cell gave her time to think. Time to wonder if coming back was really the best decision. She could have chosen any other country but she chose Italy. It was her home.
But right now, she knew it was most likely certain death. And just like that everything that had happened over the past month or so came rushing back. The gang she was part of wanted her to kill innocent people, she refused.
They wanted her to go undercover again, she didn't find any useful information so they pulled her out of that job.
They asked so much and the leader was harsh with her when she refused. She could handle it though. She ran away because it was either a innocent family or her. She didn't kill innocent people. And she wanted to live. But was it really worth coming back here, she was going to be dead in a few hours.
Damon decided to pay his prisoner a visit a few hours later. He smiled when he saw her crying. To put it simply, he wasn't a nice person
"I did warn you" he said as he took out a knife.
She watched his movements carefully. She forced herself to stop crying not wanting to give him the satisfaction of seeing her cry.
"You was useful last time though" he said running the knife down her cheek, not enough to break her skin.
He was taunting her.
He looked at her with no emotion, it sent a chill down her spine. He was colder than last time they met."I don't have any information" she replied.
"Wrong anwser" he said and slapped her.
"I gave you all the information I have on my gang, you can even hack their systems" she said. She had given him everything she possibly could.
"Do you want to die, is that why you decided to come back" he asked as he played with the knife.
"I came back because I don't want to be in a gang and Italy is my home" she replied confidently.
He slammed the knife down on the old side table that was used for weapons, and took out his gun."I should just shoot you. I have no desire to waste my time on you" he said aiming it at her.
"Or we could make another deal. Or you could let me go?" she tried.
He laughed sinisterly as he put his gun back in his waistband and grabbed her chin roughly making her look him in the eyes. "You might be useful. You wanted to come back to Italy because it's your home. Well this cell is your new home" he said harshly. He then roughly let go of her, one side of her face hitting the wall, which made Damon smile.
He left her tied up in the cell not wanting to deal with her. His priority was Stephanie.
"You know you don't have to kill everyone you dislike" Callum said as he spotted his closest friend emerge from the basement that had the cells.
"I know. Why do you think I haven't killed you yet" Damon replied.
"Wasn't it just that girl. She didn't do anything that bad " Callum said.
"She's not dead but you are not to approach her. You'll only become friends and right now she's my prisoner"
"Fine. We have a lead"
