Everyone who had a bedroom in the mansion had to be approved by Damon.

The mansion itself had plenty of guest rooms where members could bring anything they need if they were working long hours and they could use on of the rooms.

Permenant rooms were barely ever approved as Damon didnt care enough to give them a place to stay unless they were truly desperate and had no place else to go.

One person who had a permanent room and the only person who got it without asking was Callum.

Damon knew how Callum could get when he worked too hard and so when Callum officially joined the mafia he found himself doing everything he could to make sure Callum wouldn't go back to his younger self.

He had banned Callum from staying in the room until he was better simply because he knew Callum wouldn't be able to resist helping find the people responsible for everything.

The aftermath of the shooting had impacted Callum and Clara differently.

Callum had been shot before so he was angry . He wanted to find the person responsible for it and put a bullet through their head. He wasn't in shock ,  he simply wanted revenge.

He wasn't one of best simply because he was known to be friendly and easy going. He was one of the best because he worked hard and could be almost as deadly as the Russo's when he wanted to be.

Meanwhile Clara was feeling immense guilt. They were after her. If she had given herself up maybe none of this would have happened.

She didn't understand why Callum didn't hate her, why no one blamed her. She didn't understand why Damon was extra careful when it came to her safety. She didn't understand why Callum checked in on her.

On this day , she was overthinking as she waited for Damon in his office. She spotted keys that she knew all to well.  She wasn't thinking straight and grabbed them putting them in her pocket. She knew it was messed up but in a way she was fully aware of how messed up she truly was.

Damon thought she was strong and brave. He told her often enough. But had he ever stopped to ask himself why she was the way she was? What made her like this?

She had been shot at before, it was part of the job but this time it was different. She expected the mafia to be even more heartless but compared to the gang she was in, the mafia seemed like saints.

Maybe that's why she appeared so vulnerable. She hated it and knew it needed to stop.

But she needed to be held accountable.

"How are you feeling" Damon walked in snapping her from her daze.

She was beggining to hate his.  She didn't deserve the attention at least that's what she believed.

She had destroyed so many lives. An entire gang wiped out because of her, not to mention everyone else. She had killed people. Damon, Mason and Callum had killed for her. Even if they were bad people, she still had their blood on her hands.

"I'm fine" she was blunt. She knew Damon expected her to be strong, he liked her better this way.

"You know you can tell me anything" Damon said.

She nodded.

He was wary but he decided to continue their conversation.

"I told you I wanted to check out some leads on the people behind the kidnapping and I'm working on it. Now there has been another attack which was done from a small gang who do kidnap people for money, I can get a better idea of who else is involved. As for Olivia, I am keeping an eye on her movements. If she doesn't make contact with anyone soon, I'll deal with her but I do believe there is something big" Damon explained the situation.
