The week drew to a close and Emilia couldn't be more happier, which was a massive contrast from how Damon was feeling right now.
He had been struggling to find Stephanie, all his leads came up empty and so he took his anger out on anyone who pissed him off. The entire mafia was walking on egg shells so to speak. Even the members who were in a different country, Damon knew if a job went wrong and they definitely didn't want that to happen or they may as well sign their death warrant.
It was proven no one was safe when Olivia, another close friend of Damon had a gun pointed at her, he threatened to kill one of his closest friends if she didn't stop trying to reassure him. That was a wake up call for everyone.
Maybe the thing that pissed him off the most was the fact he knew everything except where his ex was.
"You know that girl was a spy there before she got herself caught. Why not use her" Mason suggested like he had done at the beggining of the week.
Clara. She was suffering but she wouldn't let anyone see that. They fixed the wounds given to her and allowed her one meal a day and she was escorted to the toilet when needed but Damon had visited again earlier in the week, and just for fun he stabbed her shoulder. He had left her bleeding out a while knowing it wasn't fatal until she lost a certain amount of blood and he knew how long it would take so he sent someone to deal with it as late as possible.
She never showed him how scared she was. Although Damon knew, he could see her trying to put on a brave face but he could see the fear.
And he loved seeing people fear him.
"For the very reason she is a spy. I'm not risking security for her to try help"
"She's locked in a cell I hardly think she's a security risk. Just ask her a few questions " Mason said.
"Perhaps you're right. I'll torturing her tommorow" Damon said.
"Asking questions doesn't mean you have to torture her" Mason said.
"That's exactly what it means" Damon said and walked away.
Meanwhile back with Emilia she was excited to go home. It was the weekend. The week had dragged and she made the most time with her friends especially Antonio but she was eager to see them outside of school too.
So when she got home she was eager to find her dad, she did so quite quickly as he was in the kitchen cooking.
"Hi dad" she had asked Antonio to help her perfect a almost perfect Italian accent.
Alesandro looked round with a grin on his face when she spoke with an impressive accent.
"You're an amazing dad you know" she wasn't fully fluent but she had practiced the lines.
"Thank you, now what do you want?" He switched between the languages knowing she wasn't fully fluent yet and had probably rehearsed this."I was grounded for two weeks, tommorow will be two weeks. I was hoping I could spend some time outside of school with Antonio" she admitted.
"Sure he can come for dinner on Sunday" Alesandro agreed. He had no problem with her spending time with her friends when she wasn't grounded.
"Promise you won't threaten him?" She asked.
"Who needs threatening?"
Emilia was shocked when she turned and saw Damon.
She must have been blind before because looking at him now, he screamed mafia.
"No one. Antonio is coming for dinner Sunday. What are you doing home Damon?" Alesandro asked slightly wary. He wasn't bothered himself but he knew Damon had practically gone insane and he had already had to speak to him after he pulled a gun on his friend. He was concerned for Emilia. He knew Damon would never intentionally hurt Emilia, but right now he was kind of unstable.
